social media, phone calls and letters regarding Internet speeds in Billings,
MTThe local and regional management teams overseeing Billings, MT have taken
action to correct any network issues that could be causing the problemsUSA
Communications has identified a bandwidth problem and is taking steps to
correct the issue. In the meantime, we
have agreed to put Mrs*** on a 5meg internet speed for $a month for
the next months while we work to solve the issue
We continue to work diligently to improve internet services
and speeds in the Billings, MT area.We will certainly continue to work with the customers if an

Cable Internet constantly not working, bad customer service
Had cable internet connected ***Internet doesn't stay connected 90% of the timeI Have had Technicians out several times, they have told me over and over that they are upgrading lines, working on upgrading systemsThat is the same line they tell me each timeI have spoken with others in the area and they have reported that they aren't having trouble with their internet staying connected, but do have extremely so speeds for what they are paying forI'm currently paying for the 50mbps download, and I am lucky if I even get 12-17mbps downloadI have shown the technicians the speed tests and they haven't done anything about it, or just shrug it offI have left messages for managers to call me back, they never doI pay my bill monthly, and yet still can't use the internet that I am paying for

The company sells internet service advertising MBPS and is unable to deliver the service consistentlyComplaints to the company

Services guaranteed are rarely providedImpossible to reach anyone who can help outside of business hours and that's when service fails most often
The company claims to offer a consistent 30Mb download speed, but the connection is far from consistentWhen the service does go out, you either get told that S&R(Sending and Receiving) issues don't count as outages, or they'll admit the service is out but take days to fix itIf the service goes out outside of business hours, there is no on call person to to help get your connection back upInstead you are forwarded to an overflow office that can only take your contact information and have someone call you back when the company reopens

Weeks to get a service call

Over weeks of unreliable/non-working internet service, promises of refund over weeks are non-existent
For nearly two months the internet service provided by USA Communications has been intermittent at best, involving complete loss of internet service numerous times everyday I have made several calls to the company's support line and refunds/credits are always offered but NONE are ever applied to my bill The past three calls involve the area tech "working on the problem", along with equipment being replaced, but still -- after weeks -- no solutions, no refunds for billed service that wasn't provided
I not only would likea refund for two months of nearly non-functional internet, but a phone call from a company exec explaining the issue as they understand it and that they are committed to rapidly resolving the issue Moreover, the exec needs to understand that the CSR's should not terminate a call on a customer as happened today (***)

we been having them same issue for the past 6-years now with constent internet drops and slow speeds, poor serviceswe call customer support weekly on these issues when there is a problemwe do the routen unhook modem for 45sec reconnect it gets better up to a point later within the week it drops to a craw then we are back at it with customer support they submit a ticket for a tech to come out to service our cable/internet when they are done they say everything is fine and should be up and runningit goes good then back at it with spotty connection and slow speedswe asked if they can update the equipment so we wouldnt have these issues and I got a respones saying "thats up to the company to spend money to update." well im pretty sure my yrs of being a customer that I paid them enough to get better services which came up to 16k for paying cable and internet all of this time ive been with the companyi have submitted a complaint with the FCC and now the Revdex.comi would like for s

We have been customers of USA Communications for almost a year now and we have a problem with our service at least twice a month since the beginning,
Almost everytime we call to ask why our service is not working there is an automatic message saying *** customers are having problems with their cable and internetNo one is ever able to help us right thenIn the year we have had this service we have only received $** off of our bill the whole time we have had the serviceIn the month we had not paid our bill so I will account for that time it being our fault it didn't work, but in the last month I know I have called at least three times for not having serviceInstead of getting our money back I would rather them just allow us to cancel the service all together and not charge us a fee to have it cut offI am contacting the Revdex.com because I believe it is unfair for two working people to use our money for a service that never worksI have encountered about having the service cut off

My experience with USA communications from the beginning as been poor From drafting my checking account times for my payment, to the terrible internet service I received.I recently was notified via mail that USA Communication would no longer be servicing my area Since I pay my service online I did set the letters aside assuming it was my bill Eventually my service was terminated but because I didn't see the letter I called in a got technical support to help The rep I spoke to said he was unable to connect to my modem so he would send a technician out to my home I had to wait days for that to happen I called back in a few days later because I wanted to see when my contract expired because I decided I wanted to switch to another carrier because I was unhappy with the internet service At that time the rep convinced me not to cancel and to allow the technician to look at my service to make it better I explained to her that I have a child who home schools online, and that I also was an online college student and how imperative it was that I had good quality service I agreed not to cancel and allow the technician to look into why my service was so poor The technician comes out to my home and upon arrival he states he is there to pick up my equipment Of course confused, he states he was there to pick up the equipment because the service was cancelled in my area, and he was not there to fix my service The technician apologized multiple times and that is when I called in to USA Communications I got a representative on the phone and asked him if he was the one that I needed to make a complaint too He looks into my account and responds with, " two flyers were mailed out telling you that service in you area was going to be cancelled." I stated to him regardless if two flyers were sent out, I spoke with USA Communications twice within week and no one mentioned this to me, and went as far as setting up a service call The representative was extremely rude and was not sympathetic to my situation and to had insult to injury he hung up on me I attempted to call back but at this point was sure that USA Communications did not care how I felt With this business outlook I can't imagine this company expanding

Communications did agree to back date the services to November 1st
and the account is at a zero balance.

First of all, I requested hook up of internet and cable, neither of which worked after the installer left. The neighbor helped me get the tv working, and the maker of the modem helped me trouble-shoot the internet issue. When I called for help with Coosa Cable, I was informed by a very rude lady that, "I can clearly see you're using your internet! You don't have any problems!" and she hung up on me.

Another time I e-mailed Coosa Cable a few times back and forth about billing and rude staff, the [redacted] told me "nothing would make me happy" - they didn't even answer my question as to why my bill went up 4 months in a row! This was my last e-mail to them:

"You owe all your customers a letter of apology for the shoddy customer service. Act like you give a heck about your business! Your counter people look like they've just rolled out of bed and lack people skills. Send them for training. Good Lord man, it's your business.... Don't you care!?

I would see your uncaring attitude towards my complaint if I were the only person voicing one. But you have absolutely no good reviews at all. Doesn't this bother you, Mr. [redacted]?"

And this is what the [redacted] of Coosa Cable thinks about YOU, the consumers:

"That is the way you and some others feel. That's your right. I have seen reviews and investigated to find they are mainly from people that didn't get their way. I do not prescribe to the view that the customer is always right and never will.
To that end,

Their service is very poor. Customer service is un-helpful, and at times down right rude.

The internet service provided is intermittent at best, the whole system is heavily overloaded causing severe slowdowns during peak times, and generally slow at other times.
I had problems for several weeks, on and off, with no internet available, enventually, after daily calls to customer service, they finally fixed the problem (I think they ran a new cable). While this fixed the initial problem, connection is still poor and running at 'dial-up' speed.

The television channels do not correspond to the channel they should be, so channel searching is required to find a particular station (i.e. MTV is on channel 34.5 instead of 99). They removed the 'channel' station, which was my only way to see what was showing on each channel, so now I have to search the internet to find what programs are showing on which station.
Just before they removed the 'channel' station, I received notification if I wanted a way to view a channel line-up I would need a digital box and could obtain one if I visited the office, however, on the one day I was not at work when their office is normally open, there was a notice on the door saying closed due to funeral, so I never got my box, which I believe they now charge for.

The internet service from USA Communications is HORRIBLE. It drops periodically throughout the day, and the only resolution I've received is to restart the router. It turns out they tell many others that too when it doesn't fix the problem. Many neighbors have the same experience, and if you don't believe me, check out their google reviews.

USA Communications practices what I would call a largely bait and switch operation. They move into markets such as Pell City Alabama, buy a local cable franchise and then state they will deliver a service (in terms of speed and uptime that they cannot provide. When consumers complain they state they are working on the lines to upgrade them. Yet when the service is initially purchased they state they already have the speed and access available.

I tried several times in 2016 to have them deliver the internet speed and uptime they had initially promised. They never were able to do this.

I had auto withdrawal (I travel a lot) and they docked my checking account each month for the bill. I have a perfect record of payments on my credit profile with one exception, that is USA Communications who, after I canceled my service with them for their failure to deliver a usable product per their contract, decided they would take a chance on hurting my perfect credit by billing me one last time for a service they could not provide.

I will not allow that,

I would beware of this company and their deceptive business practices of moving into an area and promising a level of service and reliability they have yet to build out in that area and trying to use their exclusivity in that market to hold the consumer ransom while they possibly attempt to build their network on the backs of the customer with broken promises.

Review: I have internet service through USA Communications and have had very little service during the past 3 weeks. I have called each see without receiving any response from the company about fixing my service or a refund for the lack of service during the past three weeks.Desired Settlement: I want my last months bill owed to be cleared and something should be done about their customer service representatives not contacting people and their equipment hardly ever working. This I the second complaint I have had to file with this company over the same exact issues and there needs to be consequences for their actions against their customers.

Review: I have had service with USA Communications for about 3 years now and the service has never been consistent. I currently pay for a 5mpbs internet service line with them because they are the only company out here that offer such a speed which I would be perfectly fine with paying and enjoying if I received even somewhat consistent service. As it stands now I can rarely approach the advertised speeds I am paying for and this has been going on for all 3 years especially the last 2 in which technicians have basically given up and the reason being the acess point I receive my signal from is too crowded and it needs to be upgraded. There have been many spats of being without internet for a day or two or 30 minutes at a time or almost worse having the internet speeds running very slowly under 1mbps which is less than 20% of the advertised speed im supposed to be receiving. I pay subscriptions for monthly internet services such as fitness workouts that I have been unable to access because of bad internet service. Basically to sum it up I have been very unhappy with my service for a long time but I am stuck because they dont seem to be doing anything about there bad service to fix it (they have credited a small amount of money a few times to my account) but the issue I want fixed is the internet itself.Desired Settlement: I just want my internet service fixed whether it is necessary upgrades to there hardware or what it is I just want it working. They have kind of become a laughing stock of the area with there bad service and for what they are charging it should just work.

I've been trying for half a year to get my internet working decently. I usually get .20 mbs down when I subscribe for 5 Mbs. Lateny averages in 500-1000ms range and they never admit to any issues. I was even paying for a 10 mbs plan for 2 months until I complained of no improvement and then they claimed they dont offer it in the area. Im going to try to get the community to fight back against this monopoly.
