USA Fleet Supply - Did NOT deliver product I ordered and paid for.
I ordered $57 (plus tax and shipping - $70 total) dollars worth of hats w/USMC logo from USS Fleet Supply on August 12th, 2023. Several weeks ago I was assured that they had received the product and would expedite shipment.

As of October 9th I have NOT receive the products I paid for and have had NO response from USA Fleet Supply despite additional requests for information OR delivery of my purchase.

I would caution everyone about paying USA Fleet Supply in advance for ANYTHING.

I have order an item from them, order #***, item Kynedyne Retrac-a-bar, ***$ order total.

Order was placed Septembre 28th 2019.

I have never received my item. It has not been shipped and the status of the item is temporarily back order since. The item was in stock when I ordered it and I received an e-mail that " your order *** has been updated from Processing to In Packing." which is totally false.

They would not answer calls or e-mails.

Please help to get my refund.

Same story as everyone else...good thing I didnt lose alot. should have checked them out, I usually do. These people are criminals and should be treated that way... No stars but I have to leave one

I ordered an item from USA Fleet Supply at the end of November/beginning of December 2019. I did receive the order, but it is damaged, wet, and does not work. The item (a log book calculator) was $. I have called customer service several times and left voice mails, (a real person never answers the phone). They never call back. I have also sent FOUR emails over the past week and have gotten no response. I would just like a return label and a refund or a replacement.

I placed an order on June 17, 2019. I received 2 emails on the same day saying that the company received order. I haven't heard from them since! When I last checked my order it says it is in shipping but has been there for a while. I have tried a number of times to call but no answer, I have left a number of messages but no reply. I have emailed a couple of times and no reply!

Consumer called and stated that the goods were received but she hasn't had any correspondence with the business.

I placed an order with this company after seeing reasonable shipping rates and times, but when I did not receive the item I contacted customer service, to find that the items were on backorder. The backorder was neither advertised, nor explained after the order was placed. Once I finally received the backordered item, the quantity was insufficient. I once again contacted customer service and no reply has been made after email, phone and voicemail attempts.

1/5/2019 : No order has been received, No one answer Calls, e-mails
Collecting money from customers and not delivering goods----***---

We ordered *** Cards and paid in full for them in August 2018. We still have not received them. We have called and left messages numerous times and have emailed. We have left several messages pleading to either get our money back or to please send the *** Cards to us. Tim F sent us the order confirmation in August 2018 and then we heard nothing. We called and left messages and emailed. We finally received an email from him in October 2018 stating that the order status had changed from Confirmed to "In Packaging." I called again today and was simply sent to voicemail, again. If we hadn't already paid, I would simply cut my losses and go with another company and leave this company alone. However, we paid in full for this order four months ago and we are not receiving any correspondence at all from this company. Calls, voicemails and emails have been excessive on our end, just to speak with someone about this. We understand if they are going through something, but there is absolutely no communication and now I am at the point where I just want my money back if they don't send the order immediately.

I would like to know what other agency I can go through in order to get my money back. This is theft of almost $***. I do not think that it is fair to close this case, as that is simply letting this company take money from customers without providing the supplies they've paid for in full.

I placed an order on Nov 1, 2018 I have not received DOT wallet certificates still!! I’ve emailed and called and never get a response back, in the beginning they said my order was in shipping, that was a month ago!! Needless to say I’ve ordered from a different company and received it within days. Going to call my cc company and do a chargeback.

On November 4, 2018, I placed an order for two flashlights with a total cost of $***. On November 13, 2018, I received notification that my product was "in shipping". I have not received the product nor any updates. I have called the company and left two messages in addition to emailing both their customer service department and the email of Tim F who provided the shipping update. I have yet to receive any responses and still have not received the product.

I placed an order on 10/28/18 for 3 decals for my 53' dry van trailer. $*** was deducted from my debit card next business day. On 11/01/18 I contacted customer service by email because my order still showed processing. On 11/02/18 I received a response saying my order has been moved from processing to in shipping. It is now 11/12/18 and order still shows in shipping and no one at USA fleet supply will answer the phone, return an email since 11/018. I have asked them to either ship my order or refund my money but have had no response. I am now seeing online reviews and it seems there are many complaints for this same thing. Wish I read reviews before I ordered from them

I ordered around $*** of shipping supplies from this company on 10/03/2018. Promised delivery in about a week.

Never received my items. No tracking information. No call or email response. No way to cancel my order.

It's now 10/22/2018

Searching online, I've seen many similar complaints against this company.

Urgent Care purchased 250 Medial Examiner Laminate Cards from USA Supply in early September 2018. Over 1 month later my order has not been shipped. I was promised my items in 3-5 days. Tim F (contact for company) does not respond to phone calls or emails. My credit card was charged for items I never received. Based on the other Google Reviews and 16 previous complains for this company with the Revdex.com, I can guarantee all of the complaints are the same as mine! He won't respond to me, but maybe he'll respond to you! I just want my DOT Cards!

Extremely slow in shipping your items even though their website says 1-3 days. They also don't have a phone number you can call and they take several days to reply to an email. This has happened twice to me now. The first time (last year) they emailed me saying that it was very unusual that it took a month to get 200 DOT cards to me but the same thing is happening again. So obviously, it is standard practice for this "business". Their prices are very good most of the time but I'm just not sure it's worth the aggravation.

I placed an order on the website of this company on September 27, 2018 for 200 DOT medical examiner certificate cards. The order price was $***. My account was debited for the amount of the purchase the following day and cleared my bank account on September 28,2018. I never received my order as of today, October 11, 2018. This order was to be delivered no later than 10 days following order date. Further, I have called the number on the business website multiple times and left two messages for them to return my call and I have not been able to reach anyone at anytime. I have emailed them requesting a refund of the total amount debited from my account and to cancel the order. I feel like this company is a sham.

We placed an order with them almost a month ago, never received an order confirmation or any correspondence since. They took our money and we have yet to receive the merchandise. Numerous phone calls go directly to an answering machine and they have not returned any calls since 8/7/18. We wish to have our money returned. They obviously are not living up to the website standards. You cannot reach a person on the phone.

I ordered several Medical examiners certificates from this company.
I paid *** for 3 day *** shipping.
I received my order thru the *** regular mail over 7 days later
and the order was not what I ordered in the first place the cards where not as the Picture on the website showed
I tried calling the number listed several times and left messages and no one has contacted me back.

I ordered the items on 12/11/2017 and have since emailed and called a number of times and received no response.
It took until April for the order status to say shipped. This place is not real and a complete scam.

I placed an order online for $*** worth of products. The ***s credit cards was charged for the purchase. We have never received the products orders. According to the online order status system, the products were shipped on May 2. I have called three times without return calls. I have sent two emails without response. Last email sent was on June 1, 2018 to ***. In the last email, I stated if I did not receive an update, I would be filing an complaint. USA Fleet has not contacted the *** since.

Not even 1 star. Horrible. Terrible. Item never shipped. Expedited shipping fees collected by them also. They charged $*** total. Displayed a low price for the item/Label. No response to phone or emails. TOTAL SCAM
