USA Fleet Supply

I placed an order for *** wallet cards on 2/26/18. Order # ***. The amount was debited from by bank account on 2/27/18. I have checked the website to obtain tracking information because I have not received the purchased product and there is no tracking information. The website says "in packing". I emailed the business on 3/6/18 and again on 3/7/18 and did not receive a response. I have also called the business twice and left messages both times and have not received a reply. I paid for a product and have not received the product I paid for and cannot get a response from the business.

Product hasn't shipped and it has been over 5 week, I have called and emailed and gotten absolutely no where. Terrible company and business model.

USA Fleet Supply is a fraudulent company that has no intention of ever providing the product you order. I order some product for my occupational clinic and President of USA Fleet Supply, Tim F gave me the run around on where my product was and why I had yet to receive it. I believe he hopes consumers order a product forget they ordered it and he collects the revenue.

I ordered laminated medical wallet cards from the website (That is still operational) and was sent an automatic email stated that my order was in packing and will be shipped shortly. I placed the Order on Dec 18, 2017. My credit card was charged. As of 1/18/2018 my order is still in packing. I have called at least a dozen times and left a few voice mails and have emailed customer service a few times with no answer and no return phone call.

I originally ordered packing slips from USA Fleet Supply on Oct. 26, 2017. My credit card was charged at that time in the amount of $***. I received an order confirmation and number, etc. The order never came, so I inquired about on Nov. 15. I received an email reply from "Tim Ford" apologizing for the delay and assuring me he would follow up and send me tracking information. I never heard back from him, so called again on Nov. 20., and received an email back saying my order was updated from In Packing to Shipping, on that day. I never received anything and emailed them again on Nov. 30. From that point on none of my emails or phone calls were answered or returned. I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges, and they are now working on that. I noticed other customers with the same complaints in the online reviews. It is now Dec. 29th, and I've never heard a thing from them.

Ordered DOT cards and haven't received them. Can not get response from company.

Product never shipped. Product never showed. after 2 whole weeks, got one email from owner claiming it would be shipped soon soon.
