I just spent minutes on the phone with Jack Daniels He was very patient with my questions and really helped me understand the lending process I'm really excited that I found USA Private Money I can't wait to use them to fund all of my real estate investment property loans This is a great company and I look forward to many years working with them

I spent an hour on the phone with me jack D [redacted] and he was most helpful in answering my questions regarding purchasing properties to flip and sell and the financing of them I hope to do some business with him soon!

Overall I am extremely unsatisfied with this company. There is a general slow response time and lack of regard from staff members, which makes me think that in the case that I would need a loan in the future, I would never want to use their services for a real estate transaction when quick turn-around time is everything. They are difficult to get a hold of, impersonal (you’ll get a robot voice after no one answers the phone every time you try calling), and you may get flat out ignored by them for weeks like I was.

Terry Brown ignored my texts for WEEKS when I was first trying to sign up (he is apparently too busy for phone calls), then after many, many attempts to get in contact with him, I get a lame apology saying he’s so busy and didn’t recognize that I was a potential customer of his. (He thought I was a spammer or something). Anyone who is too busy for me and ignores me when I am paying them money and using their services does not deserve my patronage. – BUT - because I was a naïve student and they were highly recommended by my Real Estate Elevated coaching program, I reluctantly paid them the $1000 to get a loan that I felt was indeed premature at my stage of education and training. When I submitted all the required forms online and everything looked good, I was never informed that the pre-approval process actually was NOT complete, so after waiting for WEEKS AGAIN to hear a response if I was approved or not, I find out I wasted all that time waiting. No one had notified me that the paperwork was still insufficient. No email, no calls, nothing.

When I quit the coaching program and realized I didn’t need the loan after all, I email Joram saying that I have changed directions and no longer need the loan. He says ok and directs me to some generic email address for refunds. I email that and no one responds for another week, then I call, then Joram gets back to me after all and now all of the sudden they have a “no refund after 7 days” policy that was complete news to me…

This company gladly takes $1000 from students who most likely don’t have the money to spare to begin with, then delays the process for as long as possible, so that they can keep your $1000, not making it clear enough that there will be no refund, regardless if you finish the pre-approval process or change your mind and decide not to use them for your loan after all.

This is criminal in my opinion. Shame on you USAPrivateMoney!

This compliant comes as big surprise and frankly I'm very disappointed after all the work we did to help them with their file(s) Before we engage in any business activity with any potential client we have them read and approve our consulting agreement to eliminate any confusion that could
arise; then and only then do we proceed to assist them as a consultant; which was the case here (Signed consulting agreement attached along with their loan exit letter showing their intent to proceed.) I could attach about other documents they sent us if that would help substantiate their intent to engage our services. Notice section that spell out refund options They have days for an unconditional refund; at that point we proceed in good faith and pay our staff to do all the work as if they are going to go forward with the transactionWe then go on to offer a full credit of the $1,or $cash refund so we can pay our staff for the work performed on their behalf And if for any reason they change their mind about a property they are entitled to a $refund To my knowledge I was never sent a an email at [email protected] requesting a refund This automatically means they have a full credit with us to use on a future deal I honestly don't know how we could have be more reasonable If they would like a refund of the $I'll be more than happy to issue a check through our online bill pay within hour of the request being emailed to me

Jack D*** and Scott B*** are accommodating and tries to reach out to new investors who may not yet be very familiar with the real estate industry

I've done over fix and flip deals in the phoenix area doing more than a month at the peak, and I can tell you the hardest part is financing There is all sorts of brain damage in the funding process and Scott Brown made that disappear for me USA Private Money is legit and really helped me and my business excel

I contacted USA Private Money from a real estate colleague who referred me to them Jack D*** was extremely helpful and thoroughly explained the process of how to obtain 100% financing for wholesale deals They use a straightforward process to fund the transaction very quickly I look forward to working with Jack and the team at USA Private Money
