I can not adequately express my extreme satisfaction ,with both the decorum and excellent service given to my wife Laurie and I by Mr. Jack Daniels. He displayed ,at every point, the highest level of courtesy and business competence . He is a fine credit to himself and the company that he serves.His efforts on our behalf will absolutely assure our return business and referrals to family and friends. thank you!

We met Jack D[redacted] (of USA Private Money) last May at a Las Vegas Summit Conference. He was extremely helpful regarding obtaining funding for our business needs. We are a small new start up business and he treated us like gold. He gave us a direct access number that we have used several times since May and we have always reached him. We would recommend his company hands down for the quality and assistance we received.

Jack was so helpful as he called me after hours and talked me through his company's' processes very thoroughly. I left our conversation understanding everything much more. I'm excited to work with him soon!

This compliant comes as big surprise and frankly I'm very disappointed after all the work we did to help them with their file(s).  Before we engage in any business activity with any potential client we have them read and approve our consulting agreement to eliminate any confusion that could...

arise; then and only then do we proceed to assist them as a consultant; which was the case here.  (Signed consulting agreement attached along with their loan exit letter showing their intent to proceed.)  I could attach about 15 other documents they sent us if that would help substantiate their intent to engage our services. Notice section 4 that spell out refund options.  
They have 3 days for an unconditional refund; at that point we proceed in good faith and pay our staff to do all the work as if they are going to go forward with the transaction. We then go on to offer a full credit of the $1,000 or $500 cash refund so we can pay our staff for the work performed on their behalf.  And if for any reason they change their mind about a property they are entitled to a $500 refund.  To my knowledge I was never sent a an email at [email protected] requesting a refund.  This automatically means they have a full credit with us to use on a future deal.  
I honestly don't know how we could have be more reasonable.  If they would like a refund of the $500 I'll be more than happy to issue a check through our online bill pay within 48 hour of the request being emailed to me.

I contacted Jack D[redacted] of USA Private Money regarding money needed to complete a wholesale real estate transaction. He was very patient with me and helped me understand the process for securing the funds needed. He walked me through the analysis process including the costs involved and the funds needed to secure what was needed. The costs involved for what I was requesting were very reasonable. He was very helpful and easy to deal with.
