Our records indicate that a refund was requested on 7/26/and the check was sent out on 8/5/ As of this time, the refund check has been cashed by the customer

Chase Chevrolet will provide rental coverage for this occurrence

We spoke with Mr [redacted] on June 30th and we do see where we have rescheduled visits since The way that we run calls is that emergencies that priority No Heat, No Cool, Water Leaks, or No Water We understand that this can be and is an inconvenience when it happens Mr [redacted] stated that he would continue to use Summers for service and replacement of his furnace, but does not wish to keep his maintenance contract Also, I need login info for our Summers of Greenfield account Thanks! Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First off, Summers and/or [redacted] came to the house on at least different times to review the damage and on each occassion they promised to supply a written statement on what they would do to fix the areas and we have yet to receive anything in writing [redacted] kept saying Summers would have to decide and Summers kept saying [redacted] would have to decide They were playing the bait and switch and we went months with no action being taken.They say they cleaned the carpet and they say they offered to replace the laminate in the kitchen and laundry area but we never received anything Also the laminate we had was old and no longer available so if they did offer this we would have different laminates right next to each other which would look horrible Also the carpet was not clened like they said.Summers suggested that the laundry area be tiled but then they did not want to do it As far as the meetings I did have to take off from work because they were not able to come out on the weekends Summers was talking about insurance and insurance fraud Please not that it was Summers that filed an insurance claim with their company It was not our idea and not our insurance company Basically Summers just wanted to get rid of dealing with this and handed this over to their insurance company Summers then stopped returning any of my phone calls and so did [redacted] *** Their insurance company stopped talking to me also so this was very frustrating They say in the last paragraph that I received a quote from [redacted] *** I never received anything They are not telling the truth on any of this.After we submitted this Revdex.com complaint and a complaint to the Attorney Generals office they realized we were not going away and their insurance company finally called and we sent them over all the quotes we had on the flooring that was damaged The insurance company reviewed the quotes and offered a settlement that we accepted We felt we had to take was was offered so we could fix the holes in the flooring The only fraud committed here is by Summers and [redacted] saying that they are trying to fix a problem that they caused and saying that they care Please remember it has been over months to get this done This is crazy and very unprofessional and a terrible way of doing business.I think they just assume that a dissatisfied customer will just go away We were considering legal action and had consulted an attorney They say they will not be doing business with me again Well I am really upset I told their insurance company that [redacted] and Summers will not be stepping a foot in my house It is like they cause damage to your house and then expect you to pay to fix the damage using [redacted] *** This is crazy It is like an illegal racket they have set up and I guess people are doing it Regards, [redacted]

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that the response would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] It took me tries since the 4th of July to get my funds returned that I had originally submitted to them in February of It was not until I contacted the Revdex.com that resolution finally occurred Additionally, in calling her/business financial institution inquiring as to whether or not the funds would clear, that individual advised me NOT to deposit those funds in my account, but to cash the funds there at her bank vs my bank, which is what I did So where this has been resolved and I have recovered my loss, it most definitely was not just a matter of days as she indicated, and that is why I do not accept the "response" made by the business Thank you for your assistance in helping me remedy this horrid situation,

I am rejecting this response because: You are making the same easy remark as the first Customer Service Representative promised me. "A free rental car WILL BE provided at no charge to you. What did I get? Not a rental car free of charge. I feel robbed. Robbed! How do I know that you will honor your words? I would like a certificate for a rental car for required repairs of my Impala signed by someone in your staff that has the authority to make such a promise. That, sir, would make me whole. I need to see some positive action on your part as a corporation. I don't even like the modification performed on my car. Chevrolet took the cheapest way out of this recall. The ignition can still move to the off position because the modification is done to the key. What happens if the "insert" comes off of the key? What do I do then? What happens when I replace my key? reading their short response I found a disturbing fact that adds to their deceitful dispositionIt is the Corporate policy of *** *** not to take sides or 'Back' either customers or vendors in matters of fact, because they are not a civil tribunal and can not decide facts*** *** only examines the actual transaction to ascertain if the vendor committed 'billing fraud'In this particular case, it's about deceitful business practices as there was no billing fraud*** *** will not provide determination as to the facts of a case, perhaps, your organization is even aware of this general banking policy. This response further illustrates Chase Chevrolet propensity for deceitful business practices and is the core focus of why I requested your organization investigate this matterIn addition, I wish to be provided with the name of the Chase Chevrolet representative who wrote the response, which is instrumental in later actions. In sum, I wish to have either the refund they already determined was made whole again or my pump returnedAt this point, Chase Chevrolet has kept my money and my pump

Ongoing issue, according to parts mgrcustomer purchased factory part, received a credit to cardThen was discovered an after market part was put in returned containerContacted credit card coshowed proof in photos, they backed us and canceled credit

Recall was completed. Customer stated additional problem separate from recall. We will reimburse $125. Also will offer to fix other issue for our cost.
