I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me IF:I receive statement of my Balance in $0.-Balance from the UT Physicians, 2- Balance from ** *** 3- Balance from the Doctor Appointment ; 4- My $$$, and 5- the confirmation from *** which it says they received back the amount paid on December 2016.
But I have not received nothing yetI would like to keep this claim opened until I could see the points from to done. I am saying this because I had invoice from them openedFirst was from the *** *** *** ** *** I had a balance of $which I paid it 100%They decided to absorb the $from the Doctor appointment and the rest to the anesthesiaI would have a balance against me of $25. I have been calling them asking for this and they refused to send me itNow that they are not going to pay me the extra pills I had to take for my migraine because they ignored me, I need to see those statements where I see my Balance is $Also, the confirmation RECEIVED BY *** with the amount sent to the *** *** I had a year agoI need to see the confirmation received by ***Of course, I want to see my $$. Thanks in advance for your services in this issue I really appreciate it. *** ***

The patient was contacted and we have made payment arrangements with himI will find out who Donna's supervisor is and make sure to relay how rude she wasI believe we have solved the issue

Patient's daughter was called and issue has been resolvedPatient was covered by her gold card and the system was adjusted

The patient has been contact by administration and sent a statement for him to pay when receivedHe was asked to call us if the statement was not received by Friday June 26th

that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  The issue was indeed on my insurance carrier's part and not on UT Physicians. They were very helpful in getting the issue resolved.

UT Physicians has adjusted the charge for [redacted]

The error was with [redacted] , Mr. [redacted]'s insurance carrier. The claims were keyed into [redacted]'s system incorrectly. We have contacted Mr. [redacted] with this information.
