The money was misdirected and posted to another account. The issue has been resolved.

We have investigated the UT Physician charge and have adjusted accordingly the patient was correct and should not have been charged for the ER visit. The amount is due as this is not global for the procedure that was done, in good faith and response to the patients concerns we have adjusted the $45.00.
