No customer support.. No one had answered seven of my emails to get a corner replaced because it fell off after two weeks. I'm a second time customer. First time, when they were a new company, they were wonderful about responding. Now, no replies to seven emails .. Just a bot email saying they received my email.
I would NEVER but anything from them again. Customer support helps make a company succeed. Must have sold out to a very irresponsible composing. Too bad.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this company has left me no other choice. I had ordered the bumpers and ring from them. The ring feel off the same day I put it one and the order was missing the glass protector. It’s been 3 weeks and no answer from them whatsoever. They do not stand by their product and don’t respond d to customer concerns.

Long time customer that is a big fan of their "edges". Used to have very good customer service but they have changed to using some sort of "bot" to answer their emails. It's nearly impossible to get a HUMAN response from the company. No one should have to send 4 emails and still not hear from their customer service department (worked by actual human beings). Sad I have to come to the Revdex.com for help on a very inexpensive item.

No stars.. I tried their product twice. Giving The product the benefit of the doubt I replaced the Utomic corners twice hoping that it was just an error in application as to why they pop off, and both times I’ve had issues with the phone. On this second attempt to use them, the back of the iPhone cracked but they were not interested.. they did not assist me.. they said it was not covered .. so buyer beware the company does not care. They do not stand behind their products. Your phone will crack and scratch I assure you of that.

Poorly managed company...

I bought the edge protectors when the Iphone X came out. the protectors were not only difficult to install because they were not all even, but they came off really easily within a week or two. I contacted their customer support and they sent me replacement bumpies. I installed them again and they were able to stay on longer this time. 2 months went by and the bumpies lost their color and started turning yellow ish gray. I ordered the white ones. After 3 months of having them the bumpies lost their hold and one came off, luckily I still had a replacement one but they did not match colors, they looked silly one being all white and the other ones their nasty yellow dirty gray color. I work in an office and sit my phone on my desk all the time so its not even like I work construction for them to get all dirty. they just simply don't hold their color.
One day I had a Utomic ad on my Facebook and I decided to share my opinion on the product but no one reached out, instead they deleted my comment and decided to block me off from further commenting on their page. That is definitely not the way you handle customers. Especially after I paid you $30+ to get this product when they know it is cheap, and of bad quality. I do not recommend this company and I hope more people start to realize how big of a scam this is.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience with customer service. We were never tying to scam anybody. The previous owners had given up on customer support as well as honoring the warranty. I am the new owner. I do value our customers and positive customer relations.
There have been inconsistent results for different customers as to how well the Edges stay on. We have been doing tests and research to find better ways and different adhesive to improve the lasting power of the Edges. The discoloration in the white Edges is a natural effect caused by environmental factors such as oils or UV light. It happens with lots of different types of plastic and may unavoidable when choosing white.
