The satellite is the property of Mood Inc.and not the property of the [redacted]. We need UPS to come and pick up the satellite at the restaurant. Hello, We spoke with the customer a few minutes ago. The issue was that the new card he was trying was not being accepted and would get declined. While we were figuring out the issue with adding his new card, we turned on his service in the meantime so there would be no interruption in...
service. We had the customer try a different card and it worked. We will be issuing a day a credit to his account for the inconvenience. Thank you,

I am rejecting this response because:Mood Inc. has abounded their satellite on our roof and we want it removed. We will pay the final bill of $363.27 after Mood Inc. removes their satellite from our roof. Over the term of the contract Mood Inc. tried to sell us the satellite which we refused to buy. Mood Inc. never informed us that they were going to abandoned their satellite on our roof.
