I have no idea where Tomball [redacted] is getting this information, but I have not retained legal council! I have simply requested that they return the monies paid for a [redacted] warranty that they switched to their in house warrantyWe have been told we approved this, so please provide a document showing this or return our monies on an unused warranty!

Tomball Ford has issued a refund to me of $to cover the cost of the rental car and the repairs they made that I had to have redone at a different repair shop. This is acceptable to me and I consider the matter closed. Steven R ***

Sent: Monday, April 11, 2016 9:03 AM Subject: claim #[redacted] for Tomball Ford  Answering Mr. [redacted]:   The first vehicle Mr. [redacted] purchased was on Feb. 5th, 2016.  We had dealer traded a vehicle in for him from another dealer. Upon arrival of vehicle we found it had been wrecked...

and we had to find him another vehicle. We could not pay off his trade until his deal was finalized. We did not even  wait on funding as is our normal policy. His deal was billed and finalized on 2/16/16 And we paid off his trade on 2/18/16.
