Vade Shop never sends your order. After forever waiting and asking for a refund that never came and didn't comply with their own shipping and refund policy that is on their own website I finally disputed it through my bank.

Review: Ive made two purchases. One on 10/**/13 in the amount of $5.80 and the second on 11/**/14 in the amount of $25.87. I have not receive either order yet I have been charged and not refunded. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email but have not received a response. No phone number is available. I wish to get my $ returned to me due to not receiving what I have ordered in a reasonable time.Desired Settlement: I wish to get the $ charged refunded

Review: Ordered multiple gifts for Christmas in the middle of December. Still haven't received any merchandise. Have contacted Vade Shop several times through their website with no response.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.

Review: I ordered my products around Oct. **,2013 and have yet to receive them. I notified customer service of this issue and only received a confirmation email that they would look into it. I still have no product and have not been refunded. I gave them an updated address and asked to be called about my order and provided my cell phone number. After sending about 8 emails I still have no refund or product.Desired Settlement: I want my order or my money back!

Review: On 9/**/13 I purschased two products from vadeshop.com and on 9/**/13 the money was taken out of my account. I have yet to recieve my order. I have emailed them two times and first time they said sorry they would look into it, then the second response they stated that they were waiting on the one item because it was on back order and it would be shipped in a week or so. This second email was 10/*/13. I want to also mention that when I had submitted my order I was never informed that either item was on back order.

Review: I ordered from this company in November of 2013, the order was paid in full via card and charges were made on my account. After a month I had not received my purchased products nor a confirmation of shipment so I created a help desk ticket as the website instructed. I got no response from this other than an automated response that a customer service agent would be in touch, I waited two weeks and still received no communication. After checking I found my ticket had been "closed" so I waited thinking perhaps it was resolved and the items would be sent, again I received nothing. I put in a second ticket only to be ignored again. A third ticket was put in this time sent to the management department and I still have not received a response or the items paid for and after attempting several times to access the site I have been unable to do so.Desired Settlement: I would like the ordered items to be delivered immediately and if that is not something that can be done I want a full refund of purchase price as well as any shipping costs since nothing was ever shipped.

Review: I placed an order with this company on 8/**/13 for $19.95 + shipping and handling which the total charged to my Visa debit card was $23.61... I have yet to receive the item that I purchased and I am being ignored now that I am stating that I want a refund of my money... I have sent them NUMEROUS messages about the issue and at first I was getting responses from the company stating that they oversold the item (even though to this day it still shows that the item is in stock but in low quantities) and I should get the item soon. Intotal to this date I have attempted to get the item I paid for or a refund 8 times since I've placed the order and they have responded only 4 times... Their website shows no other way to contact them no phone number no physical address no P.O. Box nothing I am forced to use their Help Desk option where I seem to be getting no where even though they claim all questions will be answered within 24 hours!!! And I have 3 messages that have YET to be answered!Desired Settlement: I want a refund issued to me in the form of a check because the Visa debit card I used is no longer valid due to my Bank being bought out by another bank and all account information was changed and I refuse to give them anymore of my personal information!

I'm deeply sorry about the delays. I believe I just saw these come in recently, we should be able to get this out to you as soon as possible" Again Nov **, I asked about mdse; their response "Unfortunately the items have yet to come in. We are still waiting. " I have had 3 more emails back n forth. my first request for the refund was Nov **,2013Desired Settlement: I want a refund.

Review: I've had two orders open for over a month and have not received anything from either order. I've been contacting the "help desk" with no reply. One order is 49 days old and still states it's being proceed. The other order is 40 days old. I've asked several times just for an estimated ship date and all emails are ignored or closed out.Desired Settlement: I would like my items or a full refund.
