Review: Vade Shop violated so many I had a hard time choosing one. On 11/*/13 I placed an order for a pocketbook in the amount of $28.80 which was debited from my account on 11/*. They have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on almost every single page. I waited anxiously for two weeks and then I messaged Customer Service on their web page under my account on 11/**. I received an email back saying they would look into it and let me know. They didn't let me know. On 11/** I sent another email and reminded them of their guarantee and stated this was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with ANY company. On 11/** I received a reply that the item was on backorder and they would ship it as soon as it was available. Every time I checked, the item was marked In Stock but when I looked this time, it still said In Stock and there was a note on the complaint ticket that says something like Remember, kindness gets you further or something very similar to that. I sent a complaint via [redacted] Message on 12/* where I was VERY upset and they replied that complaints are handled thru "tickets" via their web page. Their web page that states CS complaints can be sent via email, phone call or [redacted] MESSAGE. I went back once more to the web site and filled out another ticket. I have [redacted] and many other major conditions that prevent me from working. I have written notice from my Neurologist stating that I should not be under stress because my [redacted] were so severe and mostly every time I got extremely stressed out. I told them this and I demanded my money back or I would complain to the Revdex.com and file charges for theft. I got NO response from Vade Shop that time, they took me off their mailing list and all of my "tickets" were deleted. This made me EXTREMELY angry and remembered [redacted] so I went there and wrote a complaint tweet. I got a response on 12/** that says... I'm sorry that we've been backordered on some items for awhile. Your refund was issued and I hope we can make it up in the future.

I got no refund, no nothing. further complaints were ignored and they did not send me an automatic email of receipt like the previous ones did. My health is bad, I ended up in the hospital on life support and lucky to be alive right now. And even still, I stay stressed out over this. The [redacted] have damaged my short term memory so as soon as I remember to write you, I forget. I finally wrote everything down to fill this form out. And just this short complaint has raised my dang blood pressure and gives me a headache. I can't believe this company is still in business. I wish I had searched for them on here first because I would have known not to order from them. They flat out stole from me and think so little of someone they won't even respond to their complaints. I have my emails from them before they cut me off. The price of the purse was $19.99 with $8.85 s&h. I appreciate your assistance with this issue.Desired Settlement: This company should not only refund my account but issue a public apology to me on my [redacted] and [redacted] where I have voiced several complaints about their service. They expect people to complain respectfully yet they have shown me more disrespect than anybody I have ever dealt with in my entire life. It's really sad too because there were so many other items I wanted to order from them as well as an upcoming band Shallowpoint they could have even been part of to sponsor. I had the entire band looking at that website but when they burned me, they burned themselves even more.

Review: On 2/**/14 I placed an order for a bracelet. My credit card was charged on 2/**/14 in the amount of 39.82. I have yet to receive my order. I filled out a " help ticket " requesting the status of my order with the website as this is the only way to contact them on 2/**/14. I have not received a response nor my order as of 3*/14. Today I try to go to the website Vadeshop.com to again file a " help ticket " and the website is shut down.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my purchase price of $39.82.

Review: In August 0f 2013 I placed 2 orders with Vade Shop. They immediately took my money from my bank account but never sent either of the items I purchased. They first told me the items were on back order ...so I waited....nothing. I contacted them and they offered me something else...I declined and asked that I be refunded in November. Well needless to say I have been waiting for a refund. I have tried to contact them through their help desk and have been receiving no reply since I asked for a refund. I looked them up on line since they have no other way to be reached and found a number [redacted] and an address of [redacted] but when you call the number no one answers and there is no business name. So basically I don't know what else to do

but contact you for help to get my money back.Desired Settlement: Refund of my money

Review: Ordered from vade shop October **still no items no contact no refund nothing, won't respond to any emails won't ring me with number supplied,

Being in Australia and first time buying online from the US well it makes life hard tring to get my goods or refund....also not a good experience buying from US :-(Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: On 10/**/13 I placed an order (order #[redacted]). On 11/*/13, the status of the order still showed as processed so I contacted VadeShop, via email and asked what this meant. I was told it meant they had received the order, but were unable to fulfill it at this time. There was no mention of when it could be fulfilled. After receiving this reply, I opened ticket number [redacted] requesting a refund (also on 11/*/13). On 11/*/13, I received an email from customer service asking if "I was sure I wanted a refund". I replied that I was sure I wanted a refund and was told my request had been forwarded to the correct department. That is the last contact I have had from VadeShop in any form. I have sent several emails, with order number and ticket number, asking for status of my refund and have yet to hear from them. I want my refund of $26.27 immediately.Desired Settlement: I would like my refund, as no product was ever shipped or received.
