Please have [redacted] contact [redacted] at ###-###-#### to confirm we are legally authorized to collect on [redacted]' delinquent student loan. After he confirms that information, he can reach our office toll free at ###-###-####.

On April 20, 2017 we received Mr. [redacted]' account for collection from our client, [redacted]. On April 25, 2017 we sent our first notice offering Mr. [redacted] instructions in the event he disputed this debt. We spoke with him on April 27, 2017 and he advised us that he was filing bankruptcy. We made no attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] after this conversation.We will notify our client that Mr. [redacted] is requesting validation of this debt. We are closing out this account in our office and returning it to our client. We regret any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] may have experienced.
