A notice was mailed to the same address that the consumer is listing as his current address when the debt was assigned for collection on 10/24/The notice was never returned by the post officeI would be more than happy to discuss this account directly with the consumer and can be reached at

We have had to file a small claims against this debtor for non payment of accounts. . This account and the order to which the collector wanted to discuss is public information. Her calls were not being answered from the HR department and the person answering the phone was told it was in regards to a...

garnishment the lady said that she could take a message. [redacted]'s account is not current on his collections, and has been nothing but the most vulgar consumer. From here on out I will be handling his accounts.

I have located the file, and I see this is the correct consumer however she has requested a cease and desist, therefore there is no way for me to contact her to try to resolve this matter.  If she wishes to speak to me then I can help try to resolve the matter.

follow the FDCPA and that state that we must send out letters without a company logo, or our name. This is for their privacy. I do understand that it looks like possible junk mail and it doesn't get opened. We realize this and have attempted to contact them by phone 13 times. Again the FDCPA does not allow us to leave a message unless we are certain it is their number. Without a voice mail that states there name we cant leave a message. This account is now paid in full, and have sent her a letter advising the account has been taken care of.
