and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint People have reached out, but have yet to resolve it and it's been a week and a half since they first contacted meI was told the glass would be in last Thursday and now they are claiming it will be in this ThursdayI'm being promised it's going to be here but when it's not here no one is conacting me on what's going onI feel like I'm getting pushed aside again as a customer.
