verified  that in all communications you were made aware that any and all purchases are subject to the make, model, year and lender approval, which then also, may determine the amount of your sales tax, title, license, and service fees owed. The staff person you communicated with made you aware of the fact that they do not have access to the details of any potential transaction to include direct access to inventory. This is why in all cases, it is in your best interest for us to direct you to visit, and speak with one of our sale mangers and trusted advisors. All allegations are simply unfounded. We sell a high volume of cars and likely the car was sold or transported to another Dealership.

disclosed and compliant WI State Buyer’s Guide. The same buyers guide of which this customer signed and agreed to the same, and the test drive report was also signed by the customer stating the vehicle was in excellent condition and no problems found. Furthermore, the customer bought a 99,000 mile vehicle and was offered an extended warranty to further protect the vehicle and himself. In writing, he declined the extended  warranty, deciding not to protect the long term value of the vehicle. Also, to additionally vouch for the quality of this vehicle we provided a 3 month/ 3000 mile powertrain limited warranty at no charge to the customer at the time of delivery.The customer has successfully owned this vehicle for almost 1.5 years now, with no prior concerns of any problems. We are a dealer for the people and we would be willing to invite the customer to our service shop where we are sure we can save him money on the repairs.

The allegations are UNFOUNDED, cause this customer was approved on a 2014 Chevy Cruze as she stated. We guarantee our staff is compliant with all regulations that govern this industry when helping our customers finance a vehicle. To be clear… we would NEVER quote payments over the phone as we are...

AFTER ADVISING THE SALES PERSON ON THE PHONE OF MY NEEDS FOR AN INEXPENSIVE VEHILCE WITH PAYMENTS NOT TO EXCEED $250 PER MONTH, I WAS PRESENTED WITH A 2016 CHEROLET CRUZ WITH A STICKER OF $20,000 AND A PAYMENT OF $450 PER MONTH. THAT WAS NOT POSSIBLE AND I TOLD THAT TO THE SALES PERSON WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE DEALERSHIP. THEN, I DISCOVERED THAT THEY TRIED TO GET FINANING AT A NUMBER OF FINANCE ORGANIZATIONS FOR $9500, FAR MORE THAN I ORIGINALLY SAID I WOULD WANT TO PAY. THE PEOPLE THERE JUST DON'T GET IT. THEY WANT TO SELL CARS NO MATTER WHETHER IT IS CONVENIENT FOR THE BUYER. WHEN THE CAR I CAME IN DID NOT RUN, THEY OFFERED ME ANOTHER VEHICLE. BY THAT TIME, SOMEONE WAS COMING SIXTY MILES TO PICK ME UP AND THE SALES PERSON SAID TO TAKE THE CAR ANYWAY. I WAS NOT RAISED THAT WAY. I WOULD NEVER DO THAT TO SOMEONE WHO WAS DOING ME A FAVOR BY NOT BEING THERE WHEN I SAID I WOULD. THE SALES MANAGER SAID SINCE I FILED A COMPLAINT WITH YOU, HE WOULD NOT PAY TO HAVE MY CAR TOWED BACK HOME BECAUSE HE DIDNT DO FAVORS FOR PEOPLE WHO FILE COMPLAINTS AGAIN THE COMPANY. NEARLY ONE HUNDRED FIFTY PEOPLE HAVE FILED COMPLAINTS. THEY DO NOT RESPECT PEOPLE, IT IS ALL ABOUT SELLING CARS AT ANY COST. WHY THEY HAVE A PLUS RATING WITH YOU, I DON'T KNOW. I NOW HAVE PURCHASED A VEHICLE AT THE PRICE AND PAYMENTS I WANTED ALL ALONG, FROM PEOPLE WHO WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP ME SINCE I HAD NO CAR AND THEREFORE NO TRANSPORTATION. THEY ALSO NEED TO TELL PEOPLE WHO ANSWER THEIR PHONES, TO STOP GIVING FALSE INFO OUT TO CALLERS, ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY ARE NOT INVOLVED WITH THE SALE. MY CAR IS HOME. THE TOW BILL WAS $140 AND I THINK THE DEALERSHIP SHOULD PAY IT. [redacted]

Again, customer is approved for a vehicle loan, but because of how much income we can actually prove to the banks, we were limited on which banks we could use. In all of our advertising we always 100% state that every one of our promotions are subject to approved credit. The banks required the customer to be at a lower payment for a vehicle purchase because of his income. They didn't want him to be at a high debt to income ratio, therefore, they were requesting more money down to get a deal done. Customer is approved, but has to again either come up with more money down or a qualified cosigner. We will be more than happy and willing to show the customer that he is approved and that he can drive away in a nicer newer car.

I spoke to the person named "Pam" (199ride sales manager) at ###-###-#### at approx. 4pm in the afternoon. (after she contacted me over 5 times). I asked her to locate a specific car and gave her the stock number that was posted. She put me on hold and said she'd call them right while I was on the line. She came back on, said she had just spoke to the Antigo lot manager, the car was sitting right there and that they would put a 'hold' on it if I made an appointment to come down the next morning. I made the appointment for 10:15am the next morning. I told her this was a long trip and I didn't want to waste time, gas, and perhaps miss work. She guaranteed it would be waiting and it should be exactly what I was looking for. When I arrived at 10am, I found a salesman, told him I had an appointment, and gave him the stock number and car description. He informed me the car was not, in fact there...never was there, and there were no intentions of it coming there. ( said it was in Green Bay). I told him that it was very poor business practice to trick me into coming down, he stated that this happens on a regular basis and he wasn't surprised. He then said he had many nicer cars available, (at much more money). If this isn't a classic 'Bait & Switch' scam, I don't know what would be. Their answer to my complaint is ridiculous and quite obvious they never actually looked into this matter.

The customer’s allegations are unfounded on all accounts, starting with the purchase date of the vehicle, which was over 1 year ago, on 1/21/17. Furthermore, 100% of this transaction was in good faith, and 100% compliant with all laws that govern this industry. This customer was super happy about...

the purchase, signed off and approved in writing that the vehicle was 100% perfect on the test drive report, also signed and approved the Wisconsin Buyers Guide that properly discloses that the vehicle was Front wheel drive. In addition, during the delivery process the customer was explained in a detailed and overly thorough process on all the aspects of the vehicle, to include drive train etc..., and signed off and all details were approved by the customer. All documents proving this have been forward to the Revdex.com.Tell us why here...
