I have used this service via the [redacted] tax software for several years and it's worked fine, but they've gotten spammy latelyThey sent me an invitation to use their installment payment service at the beginning of January, and even though I hit the unsubscribe link, I received two more of those emails todaySo as long as they're the service available through [redacted] , I expect I'll continue using them, but I may have to keep changing my email address

Used the [redacted] program for my taxes and after paying realized that there was a 2.49% fee assessed from Value Payment Systems just for paying my taxes with my debit card Was upset enough at having to pay more taxes and then get this ugly surprise after paying!! On a fixed income and this didn't help! They received a a payment for doing NOTHING!!! Please, please everyone.....read the fine print!!!

I've made a payment to IRS via Value Payment that was charged to my credit card acct but IRS sent me bill saying they did not receive I do not remember my log in and the prompts don't work Website asks for last payment charged to acct which I enter correctly along with email address and soc sec It doesn't recognize me The phone system does not correctly allow me to enter last amount paid There is no way to reach someone at this companyI am now fearing I've been defrauded

Used to pay federal taxes and debt card was compromised On 04/17/I used this service as part of [redacted] Tax software to pay my federal taxesThe choices are to use a credit card for 1.9% or a debit card for a flat rate of $I chose the debit card because it was much less based on my tax liabilityThe debit card was compromised because the very next day I was seeing charges online that were not mineThis is the only time I have used debt card online, and haven't used it at all in years for a transaction other then my banks ATMI called their number [redacted] , I am unable to reach a human, just the run around in automated menusI was never able too reach an operator or representativeI was never able to confirm that the $charge from this service is actually going to the IRS and not somewhere elseThis company's representative cannot be reached and the IRS wants business days to confirm my paymentI have disputed the charges at a gas station and grocery

Used this service and it is convenientThen I tried to use my Business Debit Card, which was fee, but the site kept charging me the feeI called their customer service and spent minutes on hold, to have a very nice young man tell me that Business Debit Cards are not accepted as Debit Cards, he did not know why but the site charges more to use themNO WHERE ON SITE DID I SEE THIS EXPLAINEDHe said sorry and that again he didn't know whyI doThey want more money

This company caused me to have to pay late fees to the IRS I used taxact for my taxes and used Value Payment Systems in order to pay via credit card in February They sent me an email saying that as long as the return was accepted, the credit card payment would go throughIt was pending on my credit card transactions at that time It is now June 2016, and I received a letter from the IRS saying that my taxes were not paid and now I owe a late fee I checked my credit card statement, and low and behold they never completed the charge to my credit card I owe late penalties of on top of my tax bill due to the incompetence of Value Payment Systems Now I have to send a check to the IRS to get this taken care of Value Payment systems needs to reimburse me $which I never should have incurred I have made multiple calls to this business which puts me on hold, then automatically hangs up on me after a couple minutes

IRS tax payments not paid and customer service not responding I made IRS payment for my tax returns and IRS has not received the paymentCustomer service phone numbers dont workNot sure if my email has even reached them I really need to make sure my IRS tax payment has been made OR get a refund of all the money and the Tax penalty

Customer Service is uselessDid my tax online, when it came to putting credit card info in the website froze and I had to put info back in, well guess what my credit card was charged over two thousand twice so I have a debtNo phone number so I emailed support, MY answer was Call the tax program folks Well they dont respond eitherSO your the ones who charged me twice and cant cancel the payment what a joke you areMy only hope is that they actually make the two IRS payments and that IRS will get the money back to meIf there is any problems your not gonna hear anything from them that is helpfulYes I have two confirmation codes but your crap system fouled up and now I have to pay the extra fee and the interest on the credit card until I am reinbursedNever again wil use this tax program or this so called payment service
