First time using this service to pay my quarterly taxesI was charged and s/h been charged per rep I chose wrong box called immediately
I called immediately back and was told I could not get a refundI was told there is a small box to choose debit/credit...I never saw this box and I know they could have over rode system and refunded me but would notI will never use this company again I feel they scammed me out of my hard earned money

I have paid my tax payments for the last four months through payUSAtax and am very happy with the results.I don't have to worry about my IRS payments getting lost or stolen if I mailed them, for couple of bucks I get confirmation of the date and amount of my tax payments and I trust it %

Deceptive Billing/Refund Practices
This all happened around PM 04/13/17.The payment that was submitted was twice the amount I had intended to payI contacted the company but since it was after hours I was instructed to call back in the morningI called my bank and was told that the payment had already posted and the transaction couldn't be canceledI called fist thing in the morning and was told that had I called before midnight they could have cancelled the payment and there was nothing they could do to assist me and that I'd have to wait 5-days then "try to get my money back from the IRS." This information regarding payment errors or refunds was not available prior to me making my payment

I USED THE AGENCY TO MAKE A $payment to the IRS on January 31, In February, I get a notice from the IRS that payment was not received
I made an electronic payment using this system that I thought was a legitimate payment center for the IRS I submitted the payment on January 31, Now today, February 27, 2017, I get a letter from the IRS that my payment has not been received This company does not answer the telephone leaves the consumer with few options for recovery of funds other legal actionI want the return of my $

UNCREDITED IRS PAYMENTS (2014-2015)
In & 2015, I made numerous IRS Payments through ValueTaxPayment.com, as they were listed on the IRS Payment Page for credit/debit card paymentsHowever, I recently received a payment summary from the IRS and ZERO payments were listed
I have copies of several payment confirmations, but not allConf#: ***, ***,***, ***Any assistance you can render; namely providing a payment history would be greatly appreciated

The company requires personal info to pay taxes w/o reassuring us of security, then kicks you back to start w/o confirming pmtPh # is a dead end
They claim they will process your payment to the IRS but when you fill in a bunch of private info on their website and click continue, you get kicked back to start overIt leads you to think they're not legit and you're going to get identity fraud happening because now they have all your sensitive infoWhen you call *** (listed on their website *** to see if your pmt even went through, the automated system has no official outgoing message telling you that you have even reached the right company, and hangs up on you

Website Error No Confirmation Charged Anyway Won't Refund Fees
On 4/17/I paid my state tax through this company, but their website errored out when I triedIt said something like "we think you already paid it" and gave just a page with a one-sentence errorI received no e-mail and no confirmation of any sortTheir system rejected it from the looks of everythingSo I paid the tax through another provider online since VPS was obviously brokenThen I found out they charged me anyway, without notice, the following day, when I checked my bank account onlineI called their support and they said it was already sent to the state so they will do nothing for me to stop paymentOK even though you sent no notification or confirmationHowever they will not even refund the fees they charged me to make the erroneous paymentI'm currently working with the state IRS to get my double payment fixed, but they should have refunded the convenience fee at leastI would not suggest using them

Requires personal information to be sent over insecure e-mail to stop their consistent e-mail "reminders"
I have called, and contacted support by e-mailyet their spam e-mails continue!
This needs to be stopped!
The "support" can't seem to access their own systems to close-out or stop e-mails from being sentThis is harassment, and spam is defined as "un-wanted"such as their "reminder e-mails"

Used the [redacted] program for my taxes and after paying realized that there was a 2.49% fee assessed from Value Payment Systems just for paying my taxes with my debit card. Was upset enough at having to pay more taxes and then get this ugly surprise after paying!! On a fixed income and this didn't help! They received a a payment for doing NOTHING!!! Please, please everyone.....read the fine print!!!

Used this service and it is convenient. Then I tried to use my Business Debit Card, which was 2.49 fee, but the site kept charging me the 10.00 fee. I called their customer service and spent 30 minutes on hold, to have a very nice young man tell me that Business Debit Cards are not accepted as Debit Cards, he did not know why but the site charges more to use them. NO WHERE ON SITE DID I SEE THIS EXPLAINED. He said sorry and that again he didn't know why. I do. They want more money.

I used this service upon the recommendation of my accountant to pay the 2014 IRS tax bill. The money was immediately taken from our bank account and all was well. 2 months later we get a notice from the IRS stating that we never paid. It is now late August and I'm still dealing with this. Where is the money?? I hope this is not a scam.
