I'm very sorry for the problem. I do see that you applied, and we received your application yesterday. Typically, it will take 24-48 business hours for a lender to review your information and get in contact with you. I would expect to hear from someone by Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest. If you...

do not, please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted].com.I can assure you that all information you submitted to us is secure and encrypted. We use a separate server to handle this information and it is only accessible to the company and the partners we are able to place you with.Again, if you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to contact me.Regards,[redacted]

[redacted],I'm sorry for the trouble and worry this has caused. I can assure you first of all that your private information is 100% secure and is not being resold or used for any other such purposes. As for the status of your approval - I do see where one lender tried to contact you a couple times but...

was unable to. I touched base with them and let them know that Friday is the best day to reach you so they will attempt to contact you again then.I do have another lender that we could place you with that may be able to offer you a better rate. However, they require a minimum of $24,000 per year income. Do you have any additional income that could be counted towards this number? Right now I show at $1,600 per month you would be right at about $19,200. Please feel free to contact me directly at [redacted]l.com, or through the Revdex.com, if you have any further questions or concerns. I'm happy to do whatever I can to help you.Regards,[redacted]Operating Partner

I understand you are not a direct lender but you are advertising and offering a service; to help people with bad credit get in touch with lenders in order for them to obtain vehicle financing.  As a company offering a service to the public, it is more than reasonable to expect that company will speak to customers or potential customers when they contact you to discuss anything related to the service you advertise to provide. Your refusal to speak to a customer/applicant who has used your service and your refusal to return their phone calls is highly suspicious and makes me question the legitimacy of your business practices.  Especially when you are obtaining confidential personal information from individuals.  It was only after I contacted the Revdex.com that you responded in any way and that is not the way any business should handle people who they are supposedly providing a legitimate service for.  Wouldn't you agree? I understand you do not personally have my credit report and it was my expectation that you would be forwarding my confidential personal information to financial institutions and/or lenders.  You state that you, "only do our best to provide [applicants] with the solution they are requesting."  Exactly!!!  That is exactly my issue!  The solution I was requesting was to be put in touch with lenders who offer vehicle financing to people with bad credit.  This solution is exactly what you advertise on your website, this is what I chose when I submitted my credit application by  providing my personal information to you, and this is what I expected.  However, this is not what your company did.  So why didn't you provide me with the solution I requested??? That solution was to have my confidential information forwarded to lenders so that I might obtain financing to purchase a vehicle at a dealership of my choosing!!!   You also stated it is very likely that the dealerships who have been contacting me (because you provided them with my personal information from the credit application) have financing options available. Ok, so do these dealerships offer financing if I am not purchasing a vehicle from their dealership but purchasing a vehicle from another dealership??  Because, like I've said from the beginning, that was what I intended to do, that is an option which you have listed on your website and it is the option I chose when I submitted my credit application.  I would really like to know if the dealerships you provided my information to offer financing to people who do not purchase a vehicle at their respective dealership.   I would also like a complete list of all the companies within your network which you stated you shared (and I allegedly authorized you to share) my personal and confidential information with. This includes any third party, e.g. any and all businesses, dealerships, online companies, individuals, financial institutions, lenders, etc. in which you shared and/or forwarded my credit application, credit report, personal information, etc.  It is my right to know who is in possession of my personal & confidential information.  Especially since you have previously stated that you can not undo the damage that has been caused to my credit score.

J[redacted]

I am sorry for the problem. We try to make it very clear on our application that we cannot "promise" a loan. Circumstances such as credit score, monthly income required to pay back a loan, etc. are always a factor to lenders. We do try to state this on our application very clearly...

at https://[redacted] We also ask that you read and agree to our privacy policy before submitting any information which is located at https://[redacted]
While we do work with a very large base of lenders and dealerships, which allows us to help customers find financing that they would not typically be eligible for on their own, we try to balance that advertisement with the fact that we cannot promise financing in every situation (as stated in the pages above).

I did not mistakenly submit a credit application for a private party purchase of a vehicle. I specifically choose the option for new/used vehicle loan and the information provided on your website regarding this option stated that I was applying for a vehicle loan to purchase a vehicle at a car dealership of my choosing. I read the terms and conditions on Valley Auto Loans website prior to submitting a credit application and nowhere did it explicitly state that by submitting a credit application to obtain vehicle financing, it would result in my personal and private information being shared with anyone other than financial institutions and/or lenders.  Not car dealerships, other random businesses, other individuals, etc. In addition, I never agreed to nor did I authorize my personal information to be shared with anyone other than financial institutions and/or lenders for the sole purpose of obtaining a car loan.  Please provide the information you mentioned which gave you permission to share my personal information to anyone other than financial institutions and/or lenders in order to obtain vehicle financing. I don't understand how you can so quickly respond to my complaint with the Revdex.com but still have yet to contact me, via phone, to discuss my credit application.  Not only have I left messages, I also included my request to speak to someone from your company in my Revdex.com complaint.  However, you didn't address that issue. Again, I would like to speak to someone regarding my crendit application and I would like you to provide the information which gave you permission/authorization to share my personal and private information with unknown third parties and not merely financial institutions and/orlenders.

Hello,I see in my notes that a lender tried to reach you a couple times but was unsuccessful. They are closed today for the holiday but is there an alternate phone number I can have them reach you at?Regards,[redacted]

I will be happy to personally update any wording on our website that says this specifically. Can you please tell me where this was found? I would like to reiterate however, that Valley Auto Loans does not pull any credit reports. We do not have any direct control on how the major credit bureaus determine your score or any other loan agencies that you may have applied with near the same time. I certainly want to do what we can to resolve this issue, I am just unclear of the exact steps that you would like for us to take in order to resolve this. Please let us know and if any further documentation is needed from you regarding the credit score change I will check on that as well.

I asked for a contact number for the company so that I may contact them.  In the companies message there was no phone number.  I would like to speak to a live person. I did receive a phone call earlier however, the person directed me to another company called [redacted] Law Firm to assist me in building my credit, which is not the service I am looking for. This company is giving false advertisement.

[redacted] I feel they are just trying to AVOID the problem. NO ONE HAS TRIED TO CALL ME PERIOD AND I AM TIRED OF EXCUSES.
