Revdex.com: The business only communicated with me after filing the complaintHowever, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10734248, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

Our General Sales Manager [redacted] has reached out and left two messages, he has not gotten a resonse from Ms. [redacted] as of yet. We are eager to speak with her and see how we can help resolve the issue with our dealership.

I have gotten with the controller and we will sending in a request to remove the credit inquiry from his report [redacted]

The GM *** *** reached out via phone twice and left message with *** *** this week he informed meI just wanted to let know we are doing our best to reach out to the customer

I am rejecting this response because: I have taken the car in again to get fixed and again I was told that the problem could not be duplicatedI called again to day to the advisor because my car is doing exactly what the recall is forStill as of tonight no answerThe owner was very nice and returned my call, but his offer was to trade my car in and right now that is not an option because I would be too much upside down and we are not willing to do that at this time

I am rejecting this response because:*** *** agreed to honor the year service as it was the original part of the deal and it was offered to me by the sales person prior to doing the paperwork but when I refused to take on an auto loan with much higher APR I was told that they will not give me the one year service but when I talked to *** *** he realized that it was not the right thing to do so he offered it to me but not as a compansationAfter I signed the paper work dealership had my car for two days they didn't detail the car properly or repaired the scratch which was promised by my sales person. My real grievance is being lied to and being pressured into getting fiancee through them and my credit scores have droppedI clearly told my sales person and the sales manager that I do not want too many hits on my credit I plan to buy a house soon plus I already had a pre-approved loan with a great APR % with months termTwo of the used car sales managers told me that if they run my credit it will only take off 4-pointsI thought these guys do this kind of stuff everyday and they must know what they are talking about, so I trusted themI had excellent credit score at now its in the good level at after they ran my credit?

I have talked to the General Sales Manager (GSM) *** *** in reference to Complaint ID:*** and he has been worked with the customerWe have communicated with the customer every step of the wayThe pre-owned CR-V had a scratch and we fix this and put the customer into a complimentary
loaner vehicle until resolvedWe do apologize and are always working to better our process and have talked to the service Director to work with his detail department to make sure every car is thoroughly cleaned before returning to the customerThe GSM offered a one year of free service and the customer accepted in good faithWe felt this was a fair offer to help resolve any misunderstandingsIt is our goal to make sure every customer has an exceptional experience at our dealershipWe also offered to trade the customer out of this vehicle and into another one he would like betterWe apologize and want ever customers experience to have excitement and a sense of joy when purchasing a vehicle from our dealership Regards, Vandergriff Honda

went to the dealership personally and was told that he was not in the officeI went over at this time and spoke to a service advisor about the problem and getting my car back into the shop againI have left my name and number for him to call me back againI just want to make my self clearI know that the dealship its self didn't sell me the car, but their dealership is the one who has serviced the vehicleThey are the ones that have more less told me that "they cant get it to duplicate the problem"they send me home after "clearing" the codes and the car is unsafe to driveIf they are unable to handle this type of problem car then they need to go a step further and get someone else involved instead of sending me home with out fixing the problem

Additional problems with the vehicle have been foundOil was found leaking from and all over the rear of the engine bayAlso has a damaged oxygen sensorHave requested to be switched into another card since this one seems to be unreliableDealer stated that they needed to rework everything and
see what they could do since the lot was going to take a lossd on my current car, which I think they deserve to do since they either misrepresented it's condition or did subpar work

Spoke with Ms. [redacted] and let her know we have fedex'd the paperwork to her work address. Provided tracking as well. Called and spoke with her and apologized from the dealership. I will be following up tomorrow to ensure she has received the paperwork.
