[redacted] has spoken to and resolved the complaint against Vandergriff Honda.

The business only communicated with me after filing the complaint. However, I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 10734248, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I have talked to the GM [redacted] and at this point we are unable to duplicate the problem. We apologies and have worked to find a resolution to this issue. We do have one solution which was to put the customer in another car. We presented this opportunity to work towards another vehicle at the same payment but that offer was refused at this time. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I can tell you personally that I finally found the Honda I wanted over the weekend of 1/28 at another dealership and closed the deal within 3 hours. I researched their website an hour later and the car I just purchased was taken down from their website. The issue is resolved.

response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me only if the mentioned documents are received via FedEx tomorrow, as promised.  [redacted] was very friendly and helpful when she phoned me this afternoon.  She even gave me the sales tax amount over the telephone so that I may begin my income tax preparation process, something my original finance representative would not do.    I did advise that this complaint could have been avoided if the finance department of Vandergriff Honda would have completed their job in the sales transaction.

Our General Sales Manager [redacted] has reached out and left two messages, he has not gotten a resonse from Ms. [redacted] as of yet. We are eager to speak with her and see how we can help resolve the issue with our dealership.

I am rejecting this response because: I have taken the car in again to get fixed and again I was told that the problem could not be duplicated. I called again to day to the advisor because my car is doing exactly what the recall is for. Still as of tonight no answer. The owner was very nice and returned my call, but his offer was to trade my car in and right now that is not an option because I would be too much upside down and we are not willing to do that at this time.  Regards,[redacted]
