The salesperson spelled it out for you in the beginning. I spelled it out for you in each response. The only thing left unsaid until I responded was the loaner car. Your comment about us making it clear is unfounded and expected as you are reaching for anything at this point.Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because: I have read your response. I have already proceeded to have my car repaired in Houston. If Vandergriff had offered me that solution initially I would have accepted. However, that was not the case. I no longer can trust you to keep your word and am not interested in having someone with obviously compromised integrity working on my vehicle. I will send the invoice of what I have had to come out of pocket to pay for the repairs. If you truly want to help, you can cover some or all of the repair costs.
