While placing an order last week with this company I used an auto full like usual but being an overwhelmed mother of three, didn't realize it used my old address for shipping and billing. I have called the phone provided and found you can only contract threw email. I have contracted every email they have to offer on the web site but can not get reply. They took my money even with the wrong billing information. Doesn't seem right! Im not even asking for my money back I just want the information corrected! I can't imagine having to deal with this company if my order wasn't right!

I placed an order with this company vanity planet on July 6th.For a scalp massager and I have not gotten any details about my order and knowing if it is on its way soon. I’m unable to even track my order with the tracking number given to me,also have already emailed the company with my tracking order number with my full name.No one has got back with me.Now seeing the reviews for this company I realize I’m not the only one.

Same problem as everyone else. I ordered the *** wand. Waited a month for it to be shipped. It was never shipped and they said they returned it to themselves? I have been reaching out for help for weeks with 0 response and 0 refund. All I want at this point is a refund and for them to close their business if this is how it's being run?!

I ordered the *** product from their site on May 10th and have yet to receive my paid product but based on other reviews online other customershave received this product or other products. I recieved no update nor shipping information update unless I email them and question on my purchase. I went on their site and reviews for this products and the most recent review for the product was last week! How is that possible that I CANNOT get MY product but others HAVE?! They either pick and choose who gets their products and when or ALL their reviews are FAKE like their business. At this point this company has stolen my money and are thieves and a scam site.Their site says up to 20 days delay but it has been well over 20 days with NO EXPLANATION expect we cannt predict shipment. That is not a justifiable explanation and screams bot response. BUYER BEWARE!!

NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!! I placed an order for 2 facial brushes and a scalp massager on April 26, 2020. The scalp massager arrived in a timely manner but after one use, it stopped working. The facial brushes I have yet to receive even though I received an email on April 27th with a tracking number that stated they were on the way. Well the tracking number still says that the postal carrier is still waiting for the package to arrive at its facility. I have reached out several time via email, which is the only way to contact them and I keep getting auto replies. I have been more than patient. This company is trash and a scam and I hope no one else ever orders from them again. I’m out of over a hundred dollars with no product to show for it.

FRUSTRATED. DISAPPOINTED.
I will NEVER purchase from this business AGAIN! I wish that I would have read the reviews on Revdex.com before making my purchase! To make a long story short, I ordered a facial steamer on 4/19/20. I have yet to receive it. There is no customer service number to call, as it has been disabled and the only way to communicate is through email. I sent an email on 5/19/20 inquiring about the status of my order. I had received a tracking number, but there was no movement of my item. It was (and still is) sitting in their warehouse in Fremont, CA. I then sent another email on 6/2/20 asking that they please cancel my order and refund my payment and not give me the generic response of “you can refuse delivery at the door and once we receive it back, we will process your return” ***! Needless to say, that is the exact response I received. I will copy and paste both my email and VP’s email response at the end. In short:
1. Vanity Planet has my money
2. I have not received my item
3. They won’t return my payment
4. They want me to refuse delivery when it arrives. WHEN WILL THAT BE?!? It has not moved from Fremont, CA in 6 weeks!!
5. Just based off the practices of VP, I can almost guarantee that if I refuse delivery and have it sent back, they will say that they never received it and therefore I can’t receive a refund. So, I’ll be out of my money and out of my item.

Hello. I am sending this email regarding order #***—. I placed this order on 4/19/2020 and received confirmation and a tracking number. It has been over 30 business days and I have yet to receive my item. This is very frustrating. I understand that shipments might be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic and I have been patient. However, this is ridiculous. My shipment has not even made it to USPS! It is still in Fremont, CA, probably in your warehouse. I would like to cancel my order and request an immediate refund of my payment. These so-called “influencers” have had no issue receiving products from you, even amid this pandemic. I am beyond frustrated and disappointed and will also contact the Revdex.com. I have sent VP an email regarding this order already and received a generic reply. The customer service practices of this company is shoddy, at best. I don’t want to sound harsh, but I have placed orders with a company in China in May and I had the items 10 days later!
Again, please cancel my order and refund my full payment.
This order has not moved from Fremont in 30 business days, so please do not tell me that it has shipped and I can refuse delivery upon arrival to my home.

We are so sorry that we were unable to cancel your order! Our system is designed to push out orders as quickly as possible in general, obviously, because all of our customers want to get their order items as quickly as possible. However, sometimes, this can result in someone having a much shorter cancellation window. This is because our orders are pushed out in cycles, I think you were close to the turn of the next batch of orders being pushed out to our warehouse.
Not to worry, though! You still have 2 options to get this all sorted out.
1. Attempt to 'refuse' the delivery (this depends on whether or not you, or someone you know, will be home at the time when the delivery driver gets there, and also they obviously have to catch them when they're there)
2. If you're unable to refuse the delivery, we can have you send back your order item so we can refund you. We'll even pay for the shipping label, no worries! ??
Once we receive your returned package, we will inspect the order items, then finally send you a refund confirmation email after it's processed. Please confirm for us if you'd like to attempt to refuse the delivery, or if you ultimately require a return shipping label. We'll send one right over!

Terrible! This is by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever encountered in my 31 years in this earth. Shipping is taking forever! I purchased a face steamer back on 4/18/2020 it is 5/28/2020 and I have yet to recieve what I've purchased. I have made several attempts to reach customer service about my order and all I gets an automated message saying, "Due to COVID we are experiencing longer than usual shipping times". This is very disappointing because I have made several online purchases for orders shipping from California and have received them within a few days. Please save yourself the headache and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I have learned my lesson and will be sharing this horrible experience with my colleagues and peers so they can avoid doing business with this company as well. At this point I need a full refund because it doesn't appear that I will receive my face steamer.

Two packages I’ve been waiting on for a month. I ordered merchandise that’s on the site to later go back & check because I never received a tracking number. The same item is listed at two very different prices & to verify I put them in my cart & it did not correct the prices. If I didn’t go back & look I would’ve ordered the same product for hundreds more than listed. No phone number only an email address. They are robbing people. I’ve emailed all day no response!!!!!!

I've ordered from this company on April 14th and still haven't received my items. After contacting them several times I keep getting an automated message. Getting no answers what so ever. This company sounds like a SCAM DO NOT ORDER. I've been patient enough with them and at this time I am contacting my bank and disputing this. This company deserves to be out of business.

Horrible. Everything about this purchase has been a nightmare. I ordered back in early April and was charged as soon as my order was placed. I received tracking information and a notification that said my order was getting ready to ship. Fast forward more than a month later, the same automatic response from the company, no updated tracking until 2 days ago, and it still said it is getting ready to ship with a new date. I opened a dispute but don't have any updates yet on a refund for this. I have asked the company to refund and cancel my order but just keep getting the same automated response. I am going to let everyone I know never to buy from them because they do not seem like a reputable business at all.

Do Not Order!!!! Placed a order over 3 weeks ago received a tracking number on April 30th said it was shipped still haven’t seen my order.. And heaven forbid if you ever try to get in touch with them they won’t respond and when they finally respond it’s because of Covid 19 I’m starting to think they are out of the product and just waiting to send mine when they get some in stock.. Very Unprofessional in my opinion...

This company is falsely advertising products that they clearly don't have in stock and instead of stating that they are claiming that due to covid19 shipping can take 15 OR MORE BUSINESS DAYS. I can't get in contact with anyone to cancel my order. They turned off the *** comments, ate not reading or responding to DMs, and have turned off their phone so you can't reach them at all. I will NEVER EVER PURCHASE from them again. This company is trash!

DO NOT ORDER!! I placed my order for my facial steamer on April 11th 2020, the same day it said it was shipped with a tracking number. It is now 4 weeks later and there has been no movement. I’ve contacted them MULTIPLE times and got no response besides an automated “Get excited!!! Your order shipped on April 11th”. One person did get back to me and sent me the same tracking number as if he did some miracle on my order, and said you’ll see movement in shipping within a few days. It’s now been over a week since he’s said that. I cant believe so many *** influencers and ***’s promote their company. Worst experience I’ve ever had. I would love to give them 0 stars.

Awful company. I placed 2 Orders back on April 22, 2020. I received one via *** and the other still waiting on. I have a *** tracking number, but no movement for now 12 days. I have contacted them multiple times via email and get the same generic wrong message that I have received my package via ***. My order was picked up supposedly by ***. This company is a total SCAM! They now have their phones disabled so you can not call them either. I want the items I paid for immediately!!!

I can only describe this online business as a scam. I pre ordered an item in April 8/9, 2020. If is May 3rd and the item has not even been shipped. The website stated the item would be shipped at the end of April. I paid through *** and this, made a complaint through ***. Vanity Planet responded and was not able to give a definitive answer as to when the item will actually be received and suggested I sign up for a newsletter in order to receive communications about orders. Vanity Planet never contacted me to give updates regarding shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

I’ve placed 2 orders on 4/14 without any update. They added some tracking number that shows label created on 4/17 but nothing further. Seems they’re out of stock, but instead of saying so, they are ignoring emails and saying “the item had shipped!”. Stop trying to buy time over customer satisfaction. This is ridiculous and very Disappointing. Due to my experience, you’ve lost at least 1k in sales for my friends that were interested.
