They do not disclose sold out products and will give no tracking numbers on purpose!

Purchased a product and received no tracking information. I had called and emailed their customer care 3 times until finally after 9 days I called once more and they inform me they sold out of the product and it will ship in 30 days.

They do not disclose if an item is back ordered at time of purchasing. I asked for a full refund and that still took 3 full days to process and receive confirmation from them.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered my product the 1st week of July 2018. I received it 3 weeks later only to open it and half of my order was missing. I ordered the spin for perfect skin spin brush and a set of replacement heads.....the replacement heads were missing. I've reached out to them several times and I still have not received my product. Email responses are automated and no one answers the "customer service" number.

Full disclosure-
I wrote a review yesterday that has not posted yet. I would like to recant the last part about Mr. Dastmalchi having been a part of a scam in his previous loan business. I mistook him for someone else, however the part about the customer service and the countless messages left without any response was and is valid.
Update:
I actually physically showed up at the Irvine address yesterday to voice my complaint in person since I was not hearing back from anyone and I was greeted and treated with the utmost care and respect. I was able to return the product with a full refund and for good measure the gentleman helping me gave me the product for free plus some additional items.

My minor daughter ordered products on 2/1. They were to be delivered to us between 2/3 and 2/12. When we did not receive them, she contacted them and asked them to cancel the order and refund my credit card. This was on 2/14. We called today to check the status of the refund. According to rep, Michael, the order left their warehouse yesterday (2/18) and the only way for us to get our refund is to order a shipping label and send their product back to them. Well, we have no product, and their email shows the product arriving sometime during the next two weeks. We nicely asked again for a full and immediate refund. This company is more worried about their make-up brushes (that we do not possess) than providing customer service or regard for the fact that they did not keep up their end of the contract. Buyer beware!
