I was informed that the service pro would call be and let me know when he was arriving and he was very punctual and polite. When Cheyne arrived he explained everything in detail and made sure I didn't have any questions. Vans was a great company to deal with!

Recently had our furnace break. Van's One Hour came the same day and worked with us to find what product would work for our home. Steve was very helpful in find the right furnace for our home. Van's One Hour was then able to install the furnace that day. Eugene and Shane worked till 9:30 p.m. installing the new furnace. Eugene and Shane work very hard and did a wonderful job. I would highly recommend Van's to anyone that wants outstanding and prompt service.

Jason P. and Shane V. installed a furnace and ac for me yesterday and I couldn't be more pleased! They were both easy to work with. Their quality of work was off the charts. They took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the answers. They cleaned up so good that you couldn't tell they were there. No one likes a large expense like replacing a furnace but Van's certainly made it easier and more pleasant for me. They provided excellent service, cleaned up after themselves beautifully, and answered all my questions in a very patient and professional manner. I highly recommend this company.

I was very imp rest with everyone I came in contact with at Vans One Hour. I was particulary impressed with Jason P, I felt the quality of work and My satifaction were his top priority. He was at my house for 12+ hours and as he was leaving at 8:45 PM, his only consern at leaving was making sure that all my concerns were addressed.

The Comfort Advisor (Sales), Nick T., was quick to arrive at our house and provided detailed knowledge of our options for a new home furnace to replace our failing furnace. The Service Technicians, Jason P. and Derick C., were very professional, knowledgeable, and quickly installed the new home furnace while ensuring they did not dirty our home. In addition to the great installation, they detected and fixed a small natural gas leak on the hot water heater connection that likely had been there since its installation a few years back. I am extremely happy with their work.

Tim was on time, had his shoe covers, was very polite, quite, and was done in time for me to get to my next appointment.

Everything from making the appt to the time Caleb came to do the service was handled in a very professional way!!!

Noah, who is always courteous, scheduled the technician, Robert V. to service the furnace at my home today, 12/08/15. Robert had been here last year. He was very professional. He replaced filters, did a very thorough inspection, and took the time to explain maintenance requirements. He was also very patient when it came to explaining the proper settings for the humidifier. It is comforting to know that I do not need to worry about the functioning of this furnace or air conditioner. I sincerely appreciate the peace of mind you have given me. [redacted].

Excellent Service and Knowledgeable Staff
We needed a complete replacement of both our furnace and AC systems, and Eugene did an outstanding job for us.
He did a great job making sure the freon lines and electrical service were located well, so that they won't interfere with anything else in the basement.
He also suggested relocating the AC compressor away from the bedroom window, which was great, because the old compressor used to be loud in the bedroom. We can't here it now.
Eugene took the time to get our WiFi thermostat set up, and gave us helpful directions for energy conservation.

Kaleb arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly explained the problem and all possible options for fixing it.

Steve was great. Very informative and patient with our questions. He spent over two hours with us. He was not a power sales person. Like him and his company. Have purchased both new AC and furnace from Van's and are more than satisfied with everything from sales to install

We selected the procedure that we thought would help the most and Kaleb helped set up the appointment with Van's. We have been customers of Van's Heating & Air Conditioning for 11 years and have never been disappointed with their service. When it was time to replace our furnace, after getting quotes from several companies, we chose Van's because we know they are committed to great customer service.

Noah is always courteous and helpful when I call in with questions or to set up service. We recently had our ducts cleaned and Shane was the assigned Service Tech. He was thorough and informative in what he was doing and how it went.

Steve was very knowledgeable about the products and helpful in guiding us to select the unit that would be appropriate for our home. Eugene D., Shane, and Ryan worked very well together. They were friendly to us and conducted themselves in a professional manner the entire day. The work they did to clean the ducts and install a new furnace/AC was very impressive. They left the job site clean and took their time to answer questions that we had related to the thermostat at the end of the project.
