I am rejecting this response...

because:
I have never been given any tracking information, I own a trucking company so I am well informed of delivery time tables and six months seem way out of line. I would like tracking information so I can see where my order is at. If it has even shipped at all!

Hi!Super sorry no one was able to respond to your email. I hired additional staff to keep up with the emails as I noticed the current Rep wasn't even responding to these complaints at all, I sent out an email response asking you how to move forward, just let me know what you pick! Thanks!

This order has been shipped already last June 28. You have not yet received this package because it is still in transit. The shipping courier is really slow and we are sorry about it. Please wait some more days for the item to arrive to you.

Hi Your order was shipped already last December but was returned to sender due to ripped package. We got a few orders back to us because of same issues and also customs issues. Please forgive us about the delay.  I just processed a refund now and hope you got the notification email....

We're going to look into this order, my assistant told me that it was shipped out and fulfilled a while ago and in the emails we stated that it was sent out.  I reached out to our logstics manager and once they let me know what happened I can move forward, if there were any issues from...

their end I can process the refund right away.

I am rejecting this response because:  I have only received one piece of the order as of May 30, 2017 last week.  I am still awaiting a bed spread shipment.  I only received the one piece because I filed the complaint.  Everytime I e-mailed, they would give me a shipping number, but it does not work on any of the tracking devices.  I was sent a very rude e-mail asking why did I contact the Revdex.com.

I don't think a company has is a person that can run, but as you know it was christmas, everyone was ordering stuff and we're a super small company, we just ran out of stock. I hired 2 new people to manage our emails so they should of gotten back to you with your tracking, your stuff was sent out...

With all due respect, I was not being rude to you about you sending complaint here in Revdex.com. You were informed that your items were shipped already that's why I questioned your complaint. Also, the tracking numbers are working on our side. You should have emailed us if you do not know how to do the tracking so I can assist you, but you did not. You wanted your items right away I tried to explain to you and being apologetic informing you that your items were returned to us and we were shipping it again that's why it may take some time to arrive to you. But you were being not open minded about it. Also, items ship from abroad that's why shipping time is quite longer. You have received only one piece of your order because the items were shipped separately. The other piece should be there to you in a few days.
