Vemma has absolutely changed my life. I am learning valuable life skills, such as public speaking and being a better communicator, all while owning my own business. This business is teaching young kids all across America and the world to earn the wealth that they want in the economy that we've been faced with. Joining the YPR movement has honestly been the best decision I've ever made.

Absolutely the best products I have ever come across. I drink verve every day and have not been sick in 6 months!!! The business has absolutely changed my life; as crazy as that sounds I am following my dreams and living the life I have always wanted to live because of this company.

Review: This company allowed another member to receive 3 months worth of products being charged off or my credit card without my permission! They are trying to say that auto delivery was set up online me that is a lie! myself and 2 leads specifically checked to make sure that the auto delivery was turned off and it was

They are refusing to refund my money that they took without permission!!!Desired Settlement: I want all 3 months refunded in full and they can charge the person that they were originally supposed to and that they sent the product to

This letter is in response to your correspondence dated August 23, 2014 regarding complaint ID #[redacted] from [redacted].

Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as "Affiliates." Affiliates are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales.

In Ms. [redacted]'s complaint she stated that another affiliate, [redacted], received three months worth of product that she paid for totaling $447.00 and that Vemma is refusing to issue her a refund for those orders. She submitted her complaint to Vemma on August 21, 2014 and was notified that because she signed up the account through her password protected back office, and created the order and auto delivery herself, ultimately authorizing Mr. [redacted] to receive product that she has paid for that she would need to reach out to him regarding returning product or obtaining repayment. She specified that she contacted Vemma and two customer service leads confirmed that all orders on her account were cancelled. We have pulled the calls from Ms. [redacted]'s telephone number and Ihave attached the call where she requested to cancel her auto delivery and never specifies that she used her credit card on another Affiliate's account.

As a courtesy, we have processed credits for the three orders on Mr. [redacted]'s account and Ms. [redacted] should see them in her financial institution within ten business days.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Ms. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory resolution to her complaint against Vemma.

I LOVE THE HEALTHY energy DRINK. I DRINK THEM EVERYDAY. ITS A MUST BUY DRINK!!!

I joined Vemma in April 2014 and I love it. I feel a lot better since using the products, and although I am not making money yet due to inactivity (cant expect results if you dont try to get them) on the account I am developing my skills first I am confident in this business model and have friends that make over 2k a month and have been doing it less than a year. You have to join with the RIGHT people and learn the few skills you need VERY well to be successful. But if that doesn't sound like its for you, have fun with your job and college debt (hopefully you at least did that).

I absolutely love this company. Pays hard working kids to make a future for themselves, how better can it get? These negative ratings are nonsense. The only way you fail in this company is if you do nothing or quit. Performance based so if you don't do well, it's completely on you! Absolutely love this company, let get this rating up!

Vemma is an amazing company. They have innovative products that taste great and are great for you! Also a simple change in advertising philosophy has given people all over the world the ability to change their lives for the better financially and intellectually. The life lessons and relationships you gain from being involved with Vemma are priceless. This is a great company with great products and there customer service is amazing! I am surprised that they do not have a higher rating!

This company is excellent. The business model is perfect for today's day and age. Vemma has a great CEO, a great Compensation plan, and the best products.

Vemma has been the become one of the best things to enter my life. The products are fantastic and incredibly healthy, and now I have cut out most of the sugary drinks that are not good for me. The business is great, it helps a lot of people change and make a better future for themselves.

From day one Vemma and the people I work with in my own business have been more than helpful, best customer service I've had with any company hands down.

Review: VID or Vemma Website: [redacted] I purchased the verve affiliate pack on 03/20/2014 for a sub-total of $499.95 plus $48.00 for shipping and handling for a total of $547.95. After seeing that this company wan't for me and that their products weren't as delicious as advertised but I still went through eight cans of the verve bod-e trying to promote vemma. I soon decided to want to return the products. I tried contacting the customer service and failed. Then I went to the vemma website and sent my request to return my products on 04/25/2014 and was replied to 05/01/2014. A whole week later. I am very upset with thier customer service. I understood that my 30 days were up so that I would have to use their buy back program. So when I sent them a reply saying that I would like to request information on their buy back policy and resign my account on that same 05/01/2014 I did not get a response. I decided to call the actual customer service phone number and was given a rma # only to be told that my products had to have an expiration date of 11/14 or later. Only three out of my six cases of vemma product and the box of vemma shots expire on or after 11/14.The others expire 08/14 or 10/14. I would only get the money back for the three cases. Even if I would have filed my request to return my products a week earlier I would still not get my all my money back.Desired Settlement: I want a full refund for the six cases (two verve bold, two verve, one partea, one low sugar low carb verve ) and the box of verve shots. I would also like free shipping for these products.

Ms. [redacted] joined Vemma on March 20, 2014. At that time she ordered a Verve Affiliate Pack for $499.95 + $48.00 for shipping. This is a significant amount of product and generally only people who are interested in building a Vemma business order this pack. Per Ms. [redacted]'s complaint she emailed us on April 25, 2014 to notify us that she wished to return the Affiliate Pack. Per Ms. [redacted]'s admission she was already passed the 30 day return policy, therefore she wanted to return the products under Vemma's buy back policy and resign her account.I reviewed the recorded phone call and unfortunately Ms. [redacted] was given inaccurate information by one of our phone agents relating to our buyback policy. I believe that based on this misinformation Ms. [redacted] did not return any of the products, therefore she was not refunded for anything.Due to the inaccurate information that was provided to Ms. [redacted], we are expediting a full credit to her for order [redacted]. The money will be credited to the credit card that she initially used to pay for her order, and she is welcome to keep and use the products she received.We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and hope that Ms. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory outcome to her complaint. Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as “Brand Partners.” Brand Partners are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales.

I have reviewed our records and located [redacted]’s account. The account, Vemma ID [redacted], was created on May 6, 2013 via the internet. At that time Ms. [redacted] placed an order for herself, and she created a monthly autodelivery as well. The initial order generated and was delivered to Ms. [redacted]. She then contacted us on May 28, 2013 requesting to return the products. At that time she was given an RMA Number (return merchandise authorization) and the 30 day policy timeframe for returns was extended until June 9 to give Ms. [redacted] time to return the products to us. Ms. [redacted] did not request to cancel her monthly autodelivery at that time, therefore the monthly autodelivery order generated on June 5, 2013.

We received an email from Ms. [redacted] to cancel her monthly autodelivery on June 6, one day after her order processed. She also contacted us and requested a second RMA number in anticipation of receiving the second order.

We will be happy to issue a full credit in the amount of $191.93 for the second order shipped to Ms. [redacted], however Ms. [redacted] must return that complete order to us. She would be required to pay the shipping cost to return the order, but we will gladly make an exception and credit her for the initial shipping fee that she paid. At this time I have cancelled Ms. [redacted]’s account to ensure no further orders are processed.

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Ms. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory resolution to her complaint.

Review: I have sent Vemma Nutrition multiple emails to cancel my account, but they continue to charge my parents credit cards which I now being held liable. My parent were forced to cancel all their cards because charges were showing up on different cards. For some reason Vemma can take orders for products just fine but when you email or ask to cancel your account somehow they never received it. I should have listened to my Dad about not joining and sending a certified for letter for cancelling. I searched the web regarding cancelling Vemma orders and found that many people had the same problem. That is not a coincidence in my mind, but shows a pattern regarding this company's Best Practices or lack of them.Desired Settlement: I have around $300 of products that were shipped after I cancelled. I would like them to pick them up and provide a refund on the unused portion or split me my out of my pocket loss and send me a check for $150. Thank You.

Vemma Nutrition Company is a direct selling company that markets dietary and nutritional supplements to customers through a network of independent distributors referred to as "Affiliates." Affiliates are independent contractors eligible to earn weekly commissions based on their volume of sales.In Mr. [redacted]'s compliant he stated that an autodelivery order was processed after he cancelled it for two months. Mr. [redacted]'s account was created on November 26, 2014 at which time a onetime order was placed and an autodelivery was created. The order processed on the November 27, December 252013 and January, February & March 26, April 27, May and June 26 and July 27, 2014. We received an emailrequest from Mr. [redacted] from the email address[redacted].[redacted] on August 15, 2014 at which time his auto delivery was cancelled and no additional orders were processed.On august 22, 2014 Vemma Nutrition Company received chargebacks stating that the orders were not refunded. We disputed the chargebacks and were awarded the funds based on our evidence that Mr. [redacted] was aware of the order on his account. On September 10, 2014 his account was terminated for fraudulent claims based on the chargebacks we received.To date, we have not received any product back on his account therefore to date we have not issued a refund. As a courtesy, we have processed a credit for Mr. [redacted]'s June and July orders and he should see the credit within 7-10 business days and he will not need to return the product from these two months. (June= $97.70 & July = $97.70 refund totaling: $195.40). We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Mr. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory resolution to his complaint against Vemma.

I have been drinking Vemma's products for the past 3 months and I feel PHENOMENAL!!! Wow! I never realized beforehand that I wasn't consuming enough vitamins and minerals daily to keep myself healthy! I have a real sense of bodily energy now. I love everything this company has done for me. It has completely changed my entire life!
