Best product line of the century.

There are so many comments out there about the how so few actually make money with Vemma, but clearly these are a some folks that were expecting income to be handed to them for little or no work. The claims that most are making less than $500 per year is simply untrue. My son has been with the company for only one year and has been very successful. Our entire family swears by the products which we continue to use. We endorse the company and their products.

Great way to earn a side income or full time income depending upon your commitment level. I've enjoyed every product of theirs that I have tried and will continue to recommend it to everyone I meet. It's also been a great way to apply some things I've learned in college in my marketing classes. Nothing is better than controlling your own organization, work schedule and income level and that's exactly what Vemma has allowed me to do.

Vemma has changed my life and has done the same for so many others.

Review: On Dec. 26, 2013 I was recruited into the Vemma Nutrition Company through a third party VemmaBuilder. [redacted] my enroller who I never heard from after he convinced me to join this Multi Level Marketing Scam for $19.95/mo. plus the cost of some very expensive products. I was convinced to purchase the most expensive but supposedly the best one for $80.00/mo. and my wife was convinced to purchase the weight loss products two boxes with 16 servings and a shaker bottle for $112.00. The Bode-e Rest for nighttime tastes like urine and the Bode-e Burn have not helped at all. We spent well over $1,431.13 from Dec-Mar. were discriminated upon by their inadequate and false advertising of their product and business opportunity. My number one complaint.Now in March I decided that the $19.95 I was paying them to help me build my business with more recruits which they said they would take care of by recruiting 80% of members placed in my Success Line. Yes they placed over 3000 people in my ACCT none under my Success Line where I would get paid for the sales. After 3 months we decided the $19.95 a month was a waste of money we didn't get any payment for the recruits and the products we bought. I called Home Office and explained that VemmaBuilder was not holding up to their claim of making some money within a couple of months with their $19.95/mo. system. The Rep. informed me to resign from VemmaBuilder which she did right on the phone with me and then instructed me to go to the Company Website and open another account without the third party. That was March 19, 2014 on March 21, 2014 I opened another account and asked the people I enrolled to do the same so they would continue to be in my MLM. One of my recruits didn't close his account and just opened another one so that gave him two active ACCT'S, then there were several other members one with four accounts, and three more with two active accounts each! I called to inform them of this the Rep. terminated me after having bought $1400+ of productsDesired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for all the products that we bought $1431.13 plus $13,568.87 for a total of $15,000.00 which is the amount I could have made in a one month period if I would have had the opportunity which they Discriminately and Unjustly took away from me while at the same time allowing other people to keep their accounts even though they had two active accounts and I only had one active account and one that they had me resign from this was not my doing as they are implying.

Mr. [redacted] initially joined Vemma on December 26, 2013 through a third party internet marketing company, [redacted].com. [redacted].com is not owned or operated by Vemma Nutrition Company. Mr. [redacted] also went on to create numerous additional accounts, placing various product orders on all accounts.

While we are unable to assist Mr. [redacted] with the $19.95 charges he received from joining [redacted].com, we are happy to assist him with any returns of Vemma products that he was not satisfied with. Vemma offers a generous 30 day return policy as well as a buy-back policy. Both can be reviewed online at http://www.vemma.com/backoffice/pdf/vemmapnp.pdf. In regards to the charges from [redacted] he can work directly with them by emailing [redacted].com.

Mr. [redacted] claims he is entitled to $15,000 however he did not build a business or earn commissions in the requested amount. Vemma does not make any income claims or promises to its Affiliates. The success or failure of each individual is dependent on their own efforts. The Company has generally expected results which can be obtained by visiting the Income Disclosure Statement available on our website at http://www.vemma.com/backoffice/pdf/income-disclosure.pdf.

Mr. [redacted] stated that he called Vemma Nutrition Company and we resigned his [redacted] account. Unfortunately since we do not own [redacted] and we do not have access to their marketing system there is no way we could have cancelled that account. Mr. [redacted] would have been advised to contact [redacted] directly with his request to cancel.

While this is an unfortunate situation we have cancelled all of the accounts Mr. [redacted] created to ensure there are no further charges. In addition I have emailed [redacted] advising them of this complaint so they are aware and can assist Mr. [redacted].

We appreciate the opportunity to respond and hope that Mr. [redacted] finds this a satisfactory resolution to his complaint against Vemma Nutrition Company. Vemma is a company where if you're willing to put the time/effort in, the success will come. The people that fail in the business are the ones who are not willing to put in the time/effort and blame others for their failure. Personally, I have gained invaluable knowledge from being a part of this business for the past 6 months, and have met some great people. Through the thick and thin, I just made the decision to do it and make it happen, something that many people aren't willing to sacrifice. Through this business, I was able to grow as an individual, grow my confidence and belief in myself, and prove to people such as my parents that if I set my mind to something, I CAN achieve it. It disappoints me when people say its a scam or some sort because of people that tried it with false expectations. Its not about the cars, the money or the glory. Vemma offers time freedom and the opportunity to actually live my life. Because of this company, I am optimistic for the future and wake up each morning looking forward to building my business.

Vemma has AWESOME products that make you feel GREAT.As an example:my mom started using the 2oz Nutritional Drink-Vemma 1 month ago and in the 1st week her sugar started dropping to almost normal level.And the business part gives you a step by step program to build your business and a personal mentor, to walk you through every given step.So anyone who has filed a complaint has joined this business with the thought they are going to get rich overnight or they were LAZY.You do have to put some work into building your business.

Network marketing is how far you take it. You get what you put in, work-wise. There are endless possibilities to where you can get in this company

This business has completely changed my outlook on life. It has opened up my eyes and allowed me to discover my true potential. I love that our goal is to empower young people to take control of their own situation. Business model aside, I would purchase the product regardless!

Review: I had signed up for the vemma business under the impression that this was a legitimate business. I had to purchase product at $85.36 in order to get involved, once involved I realized that the company was asking for more and more money and was not only not a legitimate business but a pyramid scheme. I then sent an e-mail asking that they remove me from the call list that I was no longer interested and since then they have continued to pull funds from my account that I have not agreed to. Now they are telling me that I must pay $39.95 more for the product or return it, and an additional $29.95. I am not sure what they are saying that is for.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my funds returned to me, but more importantly I want to make sure that they can not take any more out of my account. What they are doing now is stealing from me and I don't appreciate it.

[redacted] joined Vemma on March 12, 2014 through a third party internet marketing company, [redacted] is not owned or operated by Vemma Nutrition Company. At that time [redacted] placed an order through [redacted] for a one pack of [redacted] ($68.95 + $9.00 shipping and $7.41 tax = $85.36). There have been no additional charges to [redacted] from Vemma Nutrition Company.

[redacted] stated that she signed up with Vemma and was under the impression that Vemma is a legitimate business and that she had to purchase product at $85.36 in order to get involved. There is no purchase required to join Vemma and this information can be found in Vemma's policies online at [redacted]. In regards to Vemma being a legitimate company, Vemma was founded in 2004 and has quickly established itself as a leader in the liquid nutrition space. Recognized in 2013 as one of Arizona's fastest-growing companies by the [redacted] Vemma recently relocated its global headquarters to [redacted] and currently employs over 200 people.

We have not received any additional funds from [redacted], nor have we charged her for anything else other than the original order. I advised [redacted] of the complaint and Ireceived confirmation from [redacted] via email that they have refunded her for the $29.95 charge. Iam unsure of what the

$39.95 charge was for but it was not a Vemma charge as Vemma does not offer products or

services for $39.95.

If [redacted] wishes to return her products Vemma offers a generous 30 day, 100% product return policy. We can provide a shipping label to her at our cost or she can ship the return via her choice of carriers. Review: I joined vemma back in June I think. I was charged $170.00. I got my user id and password to log into the training site and do my classes. I did that and then as I went through the training I noticed that Vemma is not for me. I called my sponcer and my sponcers' sponcer and told them that I did not want to be part of Vemma. Then out of nowhere I was sent a package that I returned to Vemma. For some reason I was charged the shipping charge for something that I never asked for however I did get that refund. The shipping charge was taken out of my refund. After that I get a lot of phone calls from Vemma, I do not want these calls. My problem now is that Vemma has taken $167.43 out of my checking account on 08/22/2013.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I do not want anything to do with Vemma. I want them to stop calling me about vemma. If they are doing so great that is good just please do it without me. Leave me alone.

I've been a brand partner and I absolutely love this business, its so amazing how they pay us instead of the people that already have lots of money! I love where this company is going and everything it stands for!! FREEDOM!!!

Absolutely love this company! the things I have learned here have really set me up for my future. does it take work? yeah! does it cost money? yeah! what business doesn't require those things? people don't understand that you're running an international business! If you're a hard worker and are coachable you can take this very far! results don't lie!

This company has given my life the change that I NEEDED! The business model works if you work it. It is performance driven so if you work, it works and if you don't work, it will not work. Recently, I've seen this company receiving a lot of heat online about it being a pyramid and that the people are scam artists.

The people in this business are interested only in helping one another. There is a caliber of individual found in this company that is rare in today's world. As a new member, I can say that these people welcome you into their HOMES and into their FAMILIES and that is a direct reflection of everyone the business. The experience builds people up.

From a cold, hard, computerized standpoint, I can understand how people use number to belittle and demean the company.... However, actually being in contact with groups of brand partners unified towards BETTERING THEIR LIVES in the name of altruism puts an individual in a unique, positive mindset that cannot be found anywhere else except here with Vemma.

Do your homework, but understand this is a people oriented, face-to-face business.
