VerAcademy

Contacted me by phone for act review for my son. We tried to call and cancel it, but was on forever hold several times. The last few times we tried to call the phone number is disconnected and our credit card continues to be charged.

I bought this product a year ago for my daughter. She said it was confusing and difficult to use. I received one follow up CD in the mail which I mailed back. We just discovered that VerAcadmy has been charging us 59.99 per month for the last 6 months. I called and reported that I did not want ant further CDs and I had not received any other CDS in the mail. The representative,insisted that the CDs had been mailed to me and I must have received them and I would not be refunded any money.
This company is a total SCAM! I give them negative stars.
