To whom this may concern, I believe the customer is reaching out to the wrong vendor, we are in now way associated with [redacted] Also we have no products costing $I have referenced the customer’s information within our customer database and I can see that the customer subscribed to a 5-day trial subscription costing $and per the customer’s request it was canceled on the date of 04-01-10:11:54In fact per the notations listed on the customer’s account our customer support team has reached out to the customer on multiple occasions confirming the cancelationThe $trial was the only purchase we were able to locate for this customer, and at the current time her account remains canceled in deactivated status, no further billing is scheduled for her accountAgain I feel that the customer is reaching out to the wrong vendor I suggest contacting the proper vendor SincerelySincerely, [redacted] *.Customer Support Representative

There is a chance that [redacted] may have an account registered under another email/username we respectfully ask... that she provide us with her user name/email or order number as received upon purchase. [The business is lyingI checked my bank status before I made the purchase to their company and I had no *** on thereWhen I made the purchase I checked my bank status again minutes later it had the first one for $and second one was for $only thenMost likely if they are unaware of the purchase there is a possibility their security might be compromised and information is leaking out or viruses associated with the website iself Secondly the the trail was canceled not on april 1st but april 2ndNear 10:20am to 10:30am EST because I made a phone callThey never contacted me at all through email for the past 72+ hours I sent itI finally got an email near 12pm after the phone callIt was still active April 1st I checked the website multiple times that dayThe email customer support does not exist or is extremely slow by 72+ hours Third they never tried to reach me at all, I was the one doing all that effortI would like the Revdex.com to do a better thorough check on this companyEither they are lying, one of their employees could be committing a crime, or their security has been compromisedIt was not on my bank statement until minutes after I purchased from them along with the $at the same timeI also do not have an *** account as I said before.]

[Another lie. I can’t recieve a message if it’s not in my inbox. They did not send me any meassages at all through 3/30 and 4/02. I only got the messages they claim to have “resent” today 4/03 at 1:11pm 3 times, 1:06pm 3 times, and there is nothing in my spam folders EST Time. There is a chance they sent it to another person instead of me. Thats not even the worst part of my whole experience. I am getting spam emails from [redacted] and [redacted] saying I signed up with them ever since I went to these peoples website and ordered the $2.95. This company has ruined my life. Im sure their website has malware or something on it that caused this whole problem. Not only will I have to change my bank but also my email address as well at this point. :( I had no problems at all before I purchased from this website. Everything was perfectly fine, nothing wrong.]
