Jimmy and Daniel were a pleasure to work with. They were professional and extremely courteous. They answered all our questions and did an outstanding job. They did their work in a timely manner and cleaned up after themselves. We would be happy to have them work in our home at any time.

John B[redacted] is a very customer-oriented service technician. I would recommend him to anyone.

George R[redacted] of Vernon Heating and Cooling performed routine maintenance on 2 units at my home. He was very courteous and professional, and seemed very competent at completing the maintenance in a timely manner.

Jessie S[redacted] of Vernon Heating and Air is a superb technician. He is very thorough, honest, friendly and does not rush through maintenance checks. I recommend Vernon, but in particular the technician Jessie Spence. Vernon should give him a big raise so they can keep him.

George R was the Vernon tech who gave us the annual winter checkup. He's efficient, knowledgeable, and patiently showed us what he was doing, why, and what we should do to help maintain the system. He's very good at what he does.

Dear All- We were very impressed with Darren. He arrived early and waited out front until 9 when we were scheduled. He did his job with the furnace and the came up to explain what he did . He recommended the by pass 600 humidifier and the Air Scrubber Plus which we passed on. He did an excellent job and was very personable. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you. For many years, Vernon has handled HVAC issues at my home and the home of my mother -- both in Northern Virginia. We each have an annual service contract with the company. Many service technicians have come and gone over the years, but we have been most satisfied with Jessie S[redacted]. We now always request him by name for our regular service. He has earned our trust by being thorough and careful, and by helping us understand what services are being performed and why. On occasion he will recommend additional service, always explaining the reasons for the recommendations. In January 2015, one house required a new HVAC system. Shortly after it was installed, Jessie came to perform the routine contract service and identified a problem. He took immediate steps to notify the installation manager, Dave L[redacted]. Mr. L[redacted] determined that the installation was not done correctly and he immediately brought two of his installation technicians to rectify the problem. While we would have been happier if the job had been done correctly the first time, we believe Mr. L[redacted] took the proper remedial action promptly, professionally, and with a minimum of disruption. The system is running smoothly and correctly following the fix.

John Ca[redacted] provided fast, efficient and informative fall maintenance of our HVAC system. I am happy to recommend him to anyone for similar services.

I spoke to [redacted] as soon as I seen the complaint. Unfortunatly she never tried to contact management before going to the and on the internet so there for we didnt know about this. I sent her a check for $2400.00 immediatly.

George has serviced my heating/air conditioning system a number of time. He is always professional, thorough and informative. He explains what he is going to do and shares any good or bad reports on the system. He also shows the part that needs to be replaced and why it needs to be replaced. I like to request George if he is available.

Technician(John B[redacted]) conducted special offer furnace tune-up. Cost $69 + tax. Thorough, informative, and fast. Caught small gas leaks; repaired one, deferred one because furnace needs replacement. Discussed requirements for new system and prepared estimates for three levels of capability - very helpful. All around high rating.

Have been with Vernon for 2 years and George R[redacted] has been the tech. Very professional, always with clean uniform and ready to do his inspection as soon the door is open. He tells you what he is going to do and will answer any question to your satisfaction. He makes recommendations from his findings and if you agree; he gets them done right away. Clearly he knows the system and knows what to do.

Technician George R[redacted] arrived on time and provided professional, efficient, and friendly service.

I just had George R. in today to service our heating unit. He has been to our home a few times. He is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. I highly endorse George to any and all customers.

Today, 9-23-2015, George R of Vernon Heating and AC came to my home to service my heat pump. As before George was in earnest about the service recommendations and hence credible. He is a technically knowledgeable technician who has performed convincing workmanship and product repairs that saved me money. George is a marketing representative for Vernon as well and I appreciate his guidance for newer and innovative technology that is useful. I endorse his workmanship as being worthy of commendation.

We purchased a new Trane air conditioning system for our house in the Fall 2013. The system is under 10 year parts warranty and labor for 1 year. This system has been a disaster. Problems occurred within the first week where parts were defective and need ed to be replaced. To date, we had about 6 service calls to repair defective parts. Since the 1 year labor warranty is over, now we have to pay labor. We should have opted for a full refund of the equipment in the first year. All the Vernon service men have been great and recent service man George R. was fantastic! Unfortunately, the Trane system is horrible.
