This Company Suchsurveys was part of a possible illegal scam survey disguising themselves as *** *** The survey is listed as Suchsurveys.com and is reported to be a scam/virus on google searchThey locate you through your *** *** Computer ID # Suchsurveys stated that if you complete the *** survey you will get a free gift worth about $ So I completed the survey & this company verutumrx sent me a free bottle of Vitamin pillsVerutumrx stated to me that all I had to do was pay was for shipping which was $on 1/02/I did not authorized verutumrx to charge my debit card $for any subscriptionI did not sign my name to acquire any subscription There was no information that I saw about any kind of subscription at the time of of the transactionIf there was it was in very small fine print& was mot made completely aware to me by Verutumrx.I would not have bought or participated in this scam survey if I was aware of this policyI'm still

In February, I ordered a "free"sample of Verutum Rx from this companyI saw no notice about notifying the company in order to cancel any future shipments However, I received shipments in envelopes in March and April which I had not authorizedThe small packages had nothing but my name and address and the company's address I did not open the packages, but contacted the company on April 13, to report my plans to return the unopened packagesThe representative,"***"gave me instructions for the returnShe explained that the policy was for the product to be returned within a certain time that she named, but stated she would give me an extensionI called again on 4/14/2018, and spoke to RebeccaI told her I returned the two packages, marked "refused", and gave her the USPS tracking numbersI asked for a refund ($ each) on both returnsShe told me to follow the tracking numbers, and once the items were received at the company to call them for a refundI called again t

There was some Fine print about a trial period And then they started billing my credit card I called to cancel whatever program I had accidentally signed up for and they told me I could not get any money back I complained and got transferred to a manager who said the maximum they could give me was 50% of my money backI told her that this was not acceptable and she said somebody would call me back in to hours but there was nothing to be done because I had agreed to the program

My problem is that my checking account had a reversal of debit from ***I like a few other customers placed an order for a FREE bottle of their supplementI never EVER signed up for any kind of automatic monthly shipping or anything of that natureHad I been aware of it, I would not have placed an orderAnyhow, when I learned of the charge to my checking account, back in May, I called up my bank and filed a disputeGot my refund, but now this? I don't get itI did receive a package, and MAILED IT BACK TO THEM!
