This is why the reps were unable to help the customer after multiple calls. The chargeback processor and credit card companies are holding the funds, will determine the legitimacy of the claim and, provide any refunds if necessary. As a result, we are unable to provide a refund as requested. The credit card company will refund or retain the funds as they decide the case.
