Overcharged They are charging me for the optional insurance coverage they offer that I did not agree toMy receipt they gave my does not have my initials or signature agreeing the the chargeI have to initial on the receipt if I want the coverage and I did notSo how can they charge me for it?

Charged me for insurance when I provided private auto insurance covering rental damage, $Lied to me about credit card being rejected They charged me for damage insurance after I provided private auto insurance information covering same, cost $ Lied to me about credit card being rejected which would have afforded me fraud protection, forced me to use debit card with no fraud protection And this was certainly fraud Never returned a message I left with agent at their claim center and never answered to the telephone or returned voice mail to their local business office

After renting cars for over years this company is the largest offender of bait and switch company that I have ever dealt with They have hidden charges and will not honor contract

Very disappointed with the hidden chargesThe representatives stated that for insurance it's 15$ where it is really 15$ per dayI asked if that was total and he said yes, he liedI was then charged 45$ for the extra insuranceAlso the representive added a second driver to the vechile when I was the only driverThat was an extra 35$ over all my booking that was guaranteed 47$ at pickup I was charged 142$ at end of tripWorse car rental place I've ever used

The car rental company made consumers to change the booked order to onsite booking and charge me with so many random hidden fees

I had the worst car rental experience in my life in *** ever!
I booked the car via *** The staff told me it doesn't count so I have to book on-siteThen they charged me so many random fees such as shuttle bus fee (I have never used it as I use *** to get there and I have no idea what energy recovery fee is anyway)They also charged me energy recovery/plate/cleaning fee ect
They just aiming for the foreign tourists like me as they know I won't able to be there again/have no time to check/argue
Also, they only e-mailed me the bill instead of printing it out so you won't able to find those hidden fees

I can not believe a business can run like this! Flights are going to get delayed, things happen that is out of the customers control when traveling! We were simply turned away and that was it!
