There not a very good business the charge way to much for towing fees on a motorcycle are not willing to help out a little bit they lie to you on what you owe

I paid my auto loan off in full in August. My *** mailed them a check and I was told it was received on August 4, 2017. I called them numerous times requesting what the status was on my automobile title. I was told many different stories. Finally, I was contacted by phone two weeks ago and was told they mailed my title to my ***. They never should have mailed it there because I own the car. I just called my *** and they have not received the title to my paid in full automobile. If it was mailed two weeks ago, it only takes about 3 business days to reach Colorado from California. They are not giving me the title to my loan when the loan has been paid in full for over two months.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I did receive the title to my car, but you never had possession of it. The lien was released by Blinker and the representative who told me your company released my title broke the law. You didn’t have the lien and my title was e-filed. No one had the actual paper title to it until I received it from Blinker. *** with Blinker had a meeting with ***. and ***. about my situation. Blinker wanted to ensure no other customer service representative informed its customers that they were releasing titles since you never had them! You have no clue what you are writing about or the law. Now that *** with Blinker released their lien and I have my automobile title thanks to her competency, definitely not yours, I’m done with you now. You need training and so do all of your customer service reps or you can continue to break the law.
