Business response taken over the phone on 4/4/by Revdex.com staff (**) The owner Roberto C [redacted] stated the business has a no refund policy however, the consumer can exchange the item for another item in the storeIf Ms [redacted] is unable to contact the business by phone she can come into the store at any time to exchange her purchase

Owner states that they delivered the consumer's fridge on the 19th and was confused as to how the consumer filed the complaint the next dayHe states that three days ago he went to the consumer's rental property and the tenant told him that the fridge was delivered by their company on the 19th but
states that a few days after that another company came and took the fridge out and delivered a new oneMr*** states that the consumer no longer has the fridge that he purchased from them and the consumer has now put in a credit card disputeMr*** does not feel that it is fair because he could end up with nothing

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First and foremost we have the entire situation on video and so do they if they cameras work in the storeWhen I made my first complaint about the stove not working he told me to send him my address and someone will come fix itI sent my address which I still have all the text messages and nobody came to fix itDays goby and I still have not heard from anyone so at this point im furiousSo I call him and asked why have me send my address if nobody was going to show upHe hung up the phone on me and sent me a text stating "im talking to him like he my friend or I know him " I replied and said no im talking to you like a customer who is upset you sold a broken stove and giving me hell to fix it so I stated I would like a refund and he then said for me to come to the store and pick out a new stoveand he will test it before it goes to my houseI went the next day and his mother was thereHe was not thereShe tried to give me a run down dirty stove I said noThen I asked her do you test the stoves before selling them she said no because the stoves are gas stoves and they have no way to test them so I called him and told him what was said and he hung up on me and called his mothers phone and they spoke spanish so I couldnt understandShe then handed me her cell phone and he said how did my mother tell you that when she doesnt speak english and I said she speaks clear english and if she didnt speak english why would she be here at a store by herself selling stuff to people who does speak englishSo he hung upA customer walked in I told the customer do not purchase anything from the store unless your 100% sure it worksThe mother got mad and threatened to call the police and said I am not allowed to speak to any customersFirst of all theres no rule saying I cant warn a customer before doing business with a shady companyThen she told me to leave I refusedSo the owner finally came in and he refused to do Anythingto help meHe said for me to have my Sister Call him and he will deal with herFirst of all my sister is not the one who paid for the stove I DID therefore you should have dealt with meSo the police come and there was nothing they could doI agreed to have my sister comeSo the next day my sister and stepdad brings my old stove to thestore to get a new one which was the agreementI stayed in my carMy sister called my phone and was upset because they tried to give me another broke stove and said if I tske the broke stove they will givr me 50$ store creditMy sister refusedSo then his mom said she not giving me anything so I called the police who happen to be the same police from the night BeforeThey told his mother that I was in the right and told his mother that you cant sale broken stuff and then give the customer a hard time when they get upset about getting it fixed or replacedThe police proceeded to walk around the store looking at all the stuff and the police said to his mother and he would like to speak to the owner becsuse all the appliances look stolenSo the police gave me another stove from in there which happens to BE BROKEN ALSOand that is why the dispute was filed because this store is doing things illegal and they know the stuff is broken and still sells it and then has signs saying no refund all around the storeThey give customers a hard time instead of fixing or replacing the stuff with workable appliancesNobody was assaulted and like I said we have the entire thing on video and if his mother was assaulted why didnt she tell the police when they were there??? this company is shady and fraudelent

I hope this email finds you wellI received your voicemail and I will not accept their store creditDue to their inability to promptly address my issue(s) I had to purchase a new fridge therefore have no need for store creditThis entity was nearly hours late with delivery, knowingly sold me faulty equipment, and was unwilling to address the situation with urgency thus causing all of the groceries to go bad
Upon my return to the store I notice they had livestock, yes roosters running around the storeThis is completely unsanitary and I refused store credit then and will continue to do so
Unless I am reimbursed for the cost of the fridge, delivery and the loss of groceries I will be forced to file a pro se claim in our local courtI have every communication between this company and IPictures of thrown away food, receipts for service to the fridge and receipt for the cost of the new fridgeI have more than sufficient evidence to present to court within our jurisdictionI will seek compensation for this all plus the cost of dining out (family of 5) due to not having a fridge and court costs in small claims if this company decides to maintain its stance of store credit

Owner states that he will be filing a police report against the consumer for assaultHe states that they did not deliver the stove to the consumer, the consumer picked the stove upHe states that the consumer called and advised them that the stove was not workingHe told her to bring it back and
the consumer was upset and wanted the company to come to her home and service it there. Mr*** states that the consumer came back into the store with a couple of people with herHis mom was in the store at the time and the consumer attempted to get a stove of greater valueHe states that his mom told the consumer that she would need to get a stove of the same value or pay the differenceHe states that the consumer's friend took a more expensive stove that had not been checked to make sure it worksHe states that his mom tried to stop them and that is when the consumer's sister assaulted his momHe states that the although the consumer took a more expensive stove and still has it, the consumer has now put in a dispute with their credit card company

Very fast quick affordable price his shop in cleveland and I live in akron came to me fix my fridge about a year ago still going strong highly recommend this place

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.The owner response is very incompleteIt does not reflect all issues and skips important factsThe following is a reply & review:On Monday JanI went to there store and selected a appliance for delivery at a rental property on mineI paid for it, for delivery and removal of the old unitDelivery was to be done on Janin the AMIt was on the 17th at apx8:PM via a call from my tenant that I learned that it was not delivered and I called the number I had for the storeI was told, they forgot, the person to do it was also out of townThey would deliver the next day, JanAbout a half hour later I got a call from a member of their staff telling me that he was going to bring the item the next day, (Jan.) also in the AMHowever it was again, not deliveredCalls to the company were not returned til mid day on JanAt that time I still wanted what I paid for and was told it would be delivered that dayYet, by 9:PM on that date it was not and chat messages had been exchanged which I still haveIt was at apx11:PM that via text I informed the owner that I was going to dispute the charge and file a Revdex.com and end any business with themThe reply was to "do what you have to do", In my mind our deal was done! It was the next day Janat apx 3:PM I was told y my tenant that this company did deliver the fridge at 1:AM on that dateNOTE: !:AMI was also informed that the fridge was not working, light on but not coldAlso, the company did not remove the old fridge as agreed, just push it asideI confirmed that the fridge was not working, it was not cold apxan hour laterI went to another company on Janfor a fridge and arranged delivery for the next dayI called the owner of the company that is the one of this complaint, I got voice mail, and left a message that clearly stated the fridge should not have been delivered given our texts, that it did not work, was not cold and that another company was on Janat apx 1:PM would remove their non-working fridge and the old fridge that they were to have removedSo, if the wanted either or even both, please do so prior to 1:PM JanThey did not responded to my VM and did not come to the house til days later.To sum up, I dispute the owners response:The item ordered and paid for was to be delivered on JanIt was not delivered til Janat 1:AM, not Janas claimed by the ownerThe deal for the item ended at 11:PM on Janand owner knew that by his textHe should have stopped delivery as he knew via text I was stopping paymentThe item he delivered was none working, further the old fridge was to be removed per our agreement and it was notThe owner was called, informed that the item he sent was not working and given the time to remove itHe selected not to do so.In the reply I got via Revdex.com from the owner: "Mr*** does not feel that it is fair because he could end up with nothing." With all respect, I and my tenants got nothing, because of his delays I had to pay $in lost food costs for my tenantsYou see I backed them up, I covered their losses for Mr*** poor business management

Tell us why here...She bought a refrigerator and a gas stove on 10/12/We deliver on 10/13/16, she come to the store on 10/17/and we make and Appointment for 10/18/at 8:am, we was just on time for the appointmentHer refrigerator was making ice on the freezer we have to disconnect
the fridge and wait for to freezer to defrostWe make another appointment same day at 1:pm, she call us at 1:and says the she it's not at her house and tell us if we can change the appointment for 3:We told her we will try to be there because we already had another appointment at that timeShe call us multiples times, she was mad because we didn't answer her calls, but we was trying to do our work with another customerWe was close next day but finally with a mutual agreements today 10/20/16, we was on her house at 11:and we fix her fridge! We understand the she was mad but we take care of the situation as soon we canCustomers sometimes don't understand they are not the only Customers we have and everything have to be by appointmentAnd the pregnant women she talk about it's the owner

We don't have any problems to exchange the fridge, but she have to bring the old one first, and then take the new one.
