Hi this is [redacted], I spoke with you about yenziel resale's appliances, you told me to stop over there to try again and I did, Saturday and I tried again today. when I went Saturday they were there and they said they would give me a new fridge. the man said he could not deliver it and to come back Monday for I can make sure the fridge work and he can get it to me, will I went over today Monday at 11 a.m and again at 4:30 p.m and the store was closed. so what's the next step? I also filed with the attorney like you suggested.

     My name is Noraliz G[redacted] I am the manager on Yenziel Resales. Mrs. [redacted] it's a customer she bought a refrigerator from us and she file a complaint with Revdex.com in the letter says she talked with the Revdex.com same day she purchased and I don't understand how she contact the Revdex.com if the delivery time was 8:30 pm. And how she can ask for a refund of different amounts.

Business called on 1/21/2016 at 2:40PM to check the status of the complaint. Business indicated there is a no refund policy (see document attached) and offered to exchange the appliance. Consumer declined and asked for refund. Because of the signed and dated invoice indicating exchange of merchandise only, the business is still willing to exchange the item as long as the consumer still has the original item in her possession.

Here is my previous compliant number [redacted]. This issue is still not resolved. I contacted Yenziel on April 5th to have him repair my refrigerator. He sent two guy's out to my house to see why the appliance was not working. They found out why, Yenziel texted me and said he had to order the part and should be a few days. I gave him until April 13 to repair this item. He still has not come back to fix appliance and also he has changed his voicemail to Spanish and not able to leave voicemail because its full. Can someone please help me with this issue.

I'm sorry we don't have any file under [redacted]. [redacted], Do he have receipt? He can stop at the store with the original receipt under his name and address and we going to take care of him.
