December 21, 2015Dear *** ***,*** *** ***, customer #***, received his ring in August of We received it back for repair on 11/03/in extreme disrepairThe 10K emblem on top of the ring was missing, the medal was gouged around the bezel and throughout the ring, and the original
round shape of the ring was deformedIn spite of this state, we sent it back to the factory to be refurbished and did not charge a fee even though it was beyond his warrantee time of yearOn 11/25/15, we received it back from the factory with a note stating the ring was beyond repairWe advised the customer and sent it back to himThe Customer argued that the ring he sent us had the emblem on it, which was not correct, and accused us of deforming the ringWe flatly deny that accusation as there is no reason why we would deform a ring any further than it already wasWe are in the business of creating and/or repairing beautiful commemoratives, not destroying them.*** ***, we know how much these commemorative products mean to our Veterans, who often wait a lifetime to make this type of purchaseWe try very hard to satisfy their needsThis is only the 2nd time in years that a ring, sent to the factory for refurbishment, has comeback because it was beyond repair.Thank youSharon C.Customer Service

I am in receipt of your letter dated 01/27/*** *** ring, order # ***/model ***, was received back for refund on 01/07/as he claimed it was not the ring he wantedWe refunded his credit card for the initial payment of on 01/15/to his credit card ending in *** with transaction # ***When we were advised of his return shipping costs, we refunded which were the initial shipping and handling cost of plus his return shipping expense of transaction #***Therefore all monies he paid were refundedWe do not know why he stated no one could find an order for him as it is easily accessible when we request the customer's zip code or name which, when entered, our system accesses the orderWhen we tried to contact him to find out if he wanted a ring replacement or what we could do for him, he was un-responsiveThank youSharon C

I agree with the company that I misstated that the eagle, globe and anchor was not with the ring, however the metal being gouged around the bezel and throughout the ring was was damaged and the ring shape was deformed and I still state that this was caused by the company

January 5, 2016Dear *** ***,*** *** ** ***, customer #*** received his ring in August of and we received it back for repair on 11/03/We stand by our previous statements that when we received the ring from the customer, the 10k emblem was missing from the top of the ring, the medal was Severely gouged around the bezel and the ring was mis-shaped*** *** has confirmed he mis-stated the emblem he claimed was on the ring really was not on itTypically, after year, the ring is out of warranty and there is a fee for repair/refurbishmentHowever, we sent it to the factory to be repaired "as new" without charging a feeOn 11/25/15, we received it back from the factory with a note stating the ring was beyond repairThis is only the 2nd time in the years a ring has come back from the factory untouched with the repair request, without having been repaired due to the level of medal and shape disfigurementThis was surprising since we send several rings to be resized or refurbished per week.We are in the business of creating products for our valued Veterans who often wait a lifetime to make such a purchase that commemorates their service to our country as did *** ***We are proud to offer these items at value prices*** *** can certainly replace his Vietnam-Marine ring, valued at for the discounted price of We hope this will be an acceptable solution for *** ***.Thank youSharon C.Customer Service
