Hi Revdex.com.org, I am [redacted] from Manila, Philippines I have recently purchased tickets from Viagogo for the Metallica concert in Hong Kong on Jan.20, The purchase was made on Dec.22, 2016, and up to yesterday I had no reason to worry yet since I have been receiving updates and my queries have been answered within a day or two (via email and their App) However, yesterday I have been reading so much negative feedback from various site and i'm worried that the same would happen to me Is there a way you could help, so they could ensure that they hold up their end of the deal and we do get sent valid tickets? We've savfor quite a while to ba able to afford this event, and have flights and accommodations alreadyIt would be such a disappointment to travel all the way for nothing Thank you, and Happy Holidays

Viagogo did not deliver the tickets upon receipt of y fundsThey did not offer or make available anyway to cancel the purchase immediately after their failure to deliver the tickets upon purchase.They emailed me stating the purchased tickets would be available at least days before the eventThe tickets were paid for April ** for a May ** event, with travel and hotel I could not plan onthis with no way to get in touch with ViagogoI purchased tickets for the same event on day after paying Viagogo for nothing! Ticketmaster delivered the tickets immediately via email for printingthis confirmed that Viagogo was a scamA week before the vent Viagogo finally sent me a email with tickets that I could sell as they would not refund - they only offered me the ability to sell thetickets I thought I would never receiveAfter cancelling the charge on my Visa under protest and lodging this complaint with the Revdex.com I finally herd back from them, I ended up with a $loss.I will cut my losses of the $and never fall for this trap againViagogo should not be allowed to operate their business this way and at the very least customers should be told up front before making the purchase that "the tickets will be received until days before the event"*** ***

The tickets were to be received at time of purchase and if in fact they cannot be received until days before the event they were falsely advertised and no product has been receivedBefore selling tickets Viagogo should inform the consumer that the tickets are not available until up until three days before the eventAir and hotel costs associated with attending the event could not be planned unless the tickets were in hand.A follemail from Viagogo stating that the tickets are not available yet, after the funds were taken, is misleading and I have been able to purchase the same concert tickets on Ticketmaster and Ticketmaster delivered them electronically instantly after payment.Viagogo needs to cancel the order as the tickets have not yet been received as promisedRequest immediate cancel of order and cancellation of transaction*** ***

We ordered tickets to a STEELEY DAN concert in Austin (order***) and was told that we would get an email with the downloadable tickets a few days before the concertThe EMAIL NEVER ARRIVED and Viagogo never responded to our concernsThere is no way to contact the company other that to us it's "contact us" link on their website
Continued efforts to contact Viagogo have not resulted in satisfactory answers or a refund
STAY AWAY FROM VIAGOGO for tickets !!!!
