I’ve already contacted Eve (see attached image) and I don’t appreciate being called a liar

As I mentioned when we talked, I spoke with multiple sale reps and was told that they did in fact have the promotional itemsMy frustrations came after wasting my time for something that your employees knew wasn't there and still told my otherwiseI am very upset with the fact that you as a company is trying to give me the customer as little as possible for your wrong doingI did purchase something with the gift certificate but I still spend money and got half of the retail value of your promotion.

Hello,At the time the order was placed I did qualify for the $Customer Card with a $purchase you can add up to promotions which you can apply when you check out as for the packing my PINK order the bottles were NOT SEALED there was not sufficient packing to make sure that something like this didn't happen.The pair of leggins were marked L but the tag attached said M at this point I was so frustrated that I returned the all the items I would have kept the other leggins exchanged the wrong size pair..(.which at the time were SOLD OUT!!)! and the sweatshirt had my order not been so SADLY PACKED!! I spoke to Charmaine in Chat she was Extremely RUDE!! Shopping your Thanksgiving sale on-line was a disaster your shipping department does a Horrible Job!! packing items and when something does happen you write if off to UPS or USPS so that they take the loss.I have returned all my purchases the lack of customer service is apparent when you have people like Charmaine working for you I do not plan on buying anything from you anymore and from the look of the complaints from Revdex.com.Consumers Affairs, and Facebook it won't be long until you have lost more customersI would appreciate you removing from your data base I will no longer be shopping Victoria Secret
