We were unable to reach the customer by phoneOur policy is that a proof of purchase is required to complete a product replacement, however we are waiving this policy in this instance as courtesty and we are sending out a replacement backpack

I have had multiple interactions with Victorinox over a watch repairIt is important to note that I purchased this watch from a jewelry store that happened to sell Victorinox for a very short period of timeThis watch was faulty and after a year I decided to contact the manufacturer directlyI was pleased to find the customer support, billing, and overall experience to be above and beyond what I had expected considering they had no ties to the jewelry store and I failed to provide a receipt (1-years had passed since time of purchase, and jewelry store unable to track it)Excellent support was provided to me and I have no doubt I will continue to purchase this brandIn addition, I had the same representative track my request and communicate essential details to me throughout the processThis highlights the accountability of its staff and the fact they take pride in the customer service aspect of this business

I had purchased a suitcase from Victorinox with a lifetime guarantee against worksmanship, materials, and damage caused by common carriers while travelingHowever, it also promises in the case of wear of tear, that they will provide "generous options for repairing and refurbishing your product"The quoted language is present on the included bag tags, and on their web page at the time of the sale, but was oddly removed from their website at some point After the extendable handle suddenly froze in the open position, I took the bag in for service, expecting a quick fixAt first, I was told that the bag warranty had arbitrarily expired after a number of years not mentioned or specified anywhere, but that they would take a lookAfter their review, they came back to me explaining that the damage was caused by wear and tear, which is not covered by the policyNo explanation of how that conclusion was reached was provided, even after asking for more detailsFurthermore, they stated

I had purchased a [redacted] *** Brief case for more than $soem time back and started using it since June This product came with a LIFETIME warranty when I purchased itIn July 2017, I noticed that the seam on one side was tearing and it perforated all along the seamI called customer service and was asked to ship the bag at my cost ($25), only to be informed that Victorinox would not be able to repair it and returned it to me "as is" This is unacceptable as I still have the card with LIFETIME warranty written on it and it was the reason we paid so much money for this bagSwiss Amry should be held accountable and forced to make good on its promise -- either fix the bag or provide a 100% refund PLUS the shipping cost ($425) Appreciate if Revdex.com can support this claim

Case #: [redacted] – Mr [redacted] is seeking either a repair, replacement or refund of $for one of our Archictecture bags Based on our inspection of the bag, the fabric was completely shredded at the seams, an indication is was being used beyond the wear & tear associated with such a bag and beyond the conditions of the Lifetime Warranty posted on our website which guarantees the products to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship This is a bag that was last sold between and and Mr [redacted] did not have a proof of purchase As we were unable to repair this bag, we will refund his $shipping cost to send the bag to our repair facility and offer him a 40% discount on any of our travel gear products given his prior bag is no longer in production or inventory

Returns are only free if you order something directly from their website. They do not sell extra band links for watches on their website. If you want to order extra links, you have to order them over the phone. If you want to return the links, you have to eat the cost of returning them because, "they were not ordered on their website." No where on their website does it expressly say that returns are ONLY FREE if you order directly from their website. And their customer service person was rude and snarky about the whole thing. She said, "You read that returns were free on our website, right? So returns are only free if you order something off the website."

They honor their warrantyMy first wife (divorced quite some time ago) gave me a [redacted]  Tool Chest PlusMany years later my second wife (deceased now) broke the corkscrew opening a bottle of wine- her fault, she bent it sideways trying to force it inAnyway, some twenty years after the knife was gifted to me (and five years after my second wife's death) I decided to fix the ole [redacted] but discovered that [redacted] merged with Victorinox (or was bought out or something) and that Victorinox was honoring [redacted] 's lifetime warrantyObviously, I was worriedBut, I did write Victorinox who stated that I needed to send them the knife plus $bucks (for the return)This really concerned me, send them my knife plus $bucks? Well, I did so on faith (after all , Victorinox is a major company and has been around forever)Anyway, it did not take long (about a week and a half) and I got a package from Victorinox containing a brand new, boxed, sealed S54!!! Here is the kicker, they also sent me back my [redacted] Tool Chest Plus!!! Amazing serviceTrue to its brand!!!

In December of 2015, I purchased a Swiss Army watch in their Monroe facilityJust months later, July 2016, the stem on the watch brokeI took the watch to the Swiss Army facility in Monroe cton 7/11/for repairThey told me that they had to send it out for repair and it would take about weeks for its repairOn or about 7/21/16, I was called on the phone, and we agreed on a price of $of which was taken from my *** on 7/21/I have called them times, including today, and I still can't get a date as to when I will receive my watch back
