I have a watch from Victornix, serial number ***, and I'm having a lot of trouble with itI've had it repaired by a certified watch dealer once and had it sent directly to Victornix once tooI received it from Victornix in October of I thought all was good because it came back from you but I was mistakenI recently went on a week trek through South Asia and was relaying a great deal on this watch working, it failed after three days thereI went about waist deep in water and when I got back to my hut, it was full of waterI spent a lot of money on what I thought was a quality watch but have had nothing but problems with it since I've bought itNow I received and email from Victornix stating they want me, to pay, $for the watch repair

We have left *** *** a message as well as an email advsing him that we would gladly replace his knife do to the lost shipment. I am awaiting his approval and selection to proceed with the replacment. I am also looking into the confusion with the address change to determine
how this error in shipping occurred

Item in question is a business backpack designed for laptop useI originally called in to see if my bag could be replaced as the the sticking is falling apart between the stitching and zipperI was instructed to submit a claim online so a replacement can be sent out, it was mentioned there would be no need to ship out defective product in order for replacement to go out
reply was received from Cindy at customer support and it who requested additional pictures of the defect/damage on the bagonce review by support I was under the impression a replacement was going to be sent out as I was asked to provide SKU and UPC numbersa later response for the same support agent was received after I provided the requested information, now the support agent requested proof of purchase and wanted a copy of the purchase receipt

Sent in two knives for service by mailGot phone calls and emails saying the credit card # provided does not workSend them the new CC #Afterwards, only realizing I was double chargedSend them inquires to have one refundedAfter multiple requests, I was told the billing dept will correct itNever received refundsFollow up emails were not answered and neglectedIt is a small amount $However, it is a right or wrong answer and means a lot when comes to CS
The repaired products were sent in two packagesIt was totally a neglectSent 2nd package a few days later without explanation or response

I had purchased a suitcase from Victorinox with a lifetime guarantee against worksmanship, materials, and damage caused by common carriers while travelingHowever, it also promises in the case of wear of tear, that they will provide "generous options for repairing and refurbishing your product"The quoted language is present on the included bag tags, and on their web page at the time of the sale, but was oddly removed from their website at some point

In November, 2014, I purchased a VSA watch from an authorized jeweler in *** *** The price was $ While still under warranty, the watch stopped working The authorized dealer had gone out of business so I took the watch into one of the top jewelers in town to replace the battery After two weeks, the watch stopped again I contacted the repair center in Monroe, CT and was told to send in the watch as they did not have an authorized repair center in ***  I ultimately sent in a copy of my original receipt for the purchase and they still voided the warranty on the grounds that a battery had been changed by a non authorized repair center I cannot believe that changing a battery by a reputable jeweler who used to carry VSA and now carries *** *** etc would void a warranty It is simply counter-intuitive The fine print probably says that VSA is correct but they surely did not do the right thing

Returns are only free if you order something directly from their websiteThey do not sell extra band links for watches on their websiteIf you want to order extra links, you have to order them over the phoneIf you want to return the links, you have to eat the cost of returning them because, "they were not ordered on their website." No where on their website does it expressly say that returns are ONLY FREE if you order directly from their websiteAnd their customer service person was rude and snarky about the whole thingShe said, "You read that returns were free on our website, right? So returns are only free if you order something off the website."

Their watch ' s and knifes are truly the bestFor over years I have had my two knifes and watches, never a problemAnd their service department is the bestSometimes they replace my batteries and send the watches straight back to me, no chargeTruly the best
