Revdex.com spoke with a gentleman from the company and he stated that the consumer brought the car back in 7-days after the purchase for over heatingThey had the car towed to another shop to have the radiator fixed and the company is waiving the charges for this repair

To whom it may concern:Complaint ID [redacted] We Victory Auto Credit LLC sold the vehicle [redacted] on 2/27/to [redacted] our policy is we sell all the vehicles As Is as we explain to her in the time of purchase, but we purchased a warranty for her vehicle through third party ( [redacted] ***) months power ‘train (cover engine/ transmission) the vehicle was drivable and no issue in the time pf purchase when she called and said that she has a problem with the vehicle we asked her to take it to [redacted] and she has a warranty will cover her engine and transmission she refused to take it there.If she took her car to any certified mechanic the warranty company would have cover the repair, but [redacted] refused.On 03/26/the vehicle was dropped at our facility and when we called her she said I don’t need this carAgain we really sorry for what happened and how she feelsAs for used vehicle problems can happen but she had car protection warranty that we purchased for her would have covered the repair.After we receive the Revdex.com complaint we reached out to her again and offered her that we can take the vehicle to the repair shop and they will fix her issues but [redacted] refused, we also made an exception and offer her to pick a different vehicle (even out policy “all sales are final”) she refused again.We sorry for what happen and we feel we tried our best to satisfy our customer and tried different options.Sincerely,Victory Auto Credit LLC

This is untrue my payment were up to date until June they excepted a check in 03/of a payment of dollars and took off my debit card which put me payments aheadI have proof of this payment...as I said to many lies no truth in this businessI will send in debit card pament and copy of check that was cashedAnd they sold my loan to another company without informing me which I also made payments to

The business called and wanted to discuss the complaintHe said that the used tires has a day warranty on them and for any issues they will certainly take a look at them to try and fix the problemHE wants each of his customers to be happy with their experience and will take a look at this rim
and change the tireHe dose not do rim work at that shop but if that is the problem he is more than willing to work with the customer to see what other options there are to explore to resolve this issue

$350 her balance is 19 months of $350 that’s equal to $6650.As far as the warranty our policy we well used car AS IS
WITH NO WARRANTY, and [redacted] purchased a warranty for 6 months with third
party that cover engine and transmission and she never had a problem with the engine
and transmission.We would like to make our customer satisfied the best
possible way we offer her to pay for the labor to change the catalyc converter
if she purchase the part ($210 part cost) also her balance is $6650 we will
close it if she pay $4500 case by 10/15/2016.Customer was satisfied until we transfer her balance to financial
company she said that she doesn’t want to deal with them because she pays late
and they will report to her credit we have to buy back her account because she
refuse to pay the financial company.

Can't say enough good things about how they worked with me to find a car that not only fit my needs but more especially my budget. They didn't hold my past against me and allowed me work within my means to get a top quality, reliable vehicle - any reservations I may have had initially were immediately erased by their excellent customer first approach!

I did not refuse to pay the financial company, the manager told me to to pay them if I had a financial dispute because he didn't want to be involved in a dispute like this. I would like to return the car, get my $2500 dollars back and have contract voided. He can resell the car to someone else. And I will even still pay for the repair that needs to be done now.

Review: I was buying a [redacted] from them. it had 188000 miles on. It the midst of working out the agreement. The gentleman agreed to fix certain issues .the truck broke down 20 days after I got. The door and window broke the first week which they promised to fix. Needless to say nothing was ever fixed so I didn't make the last payments. They would even call and threaten tobreposses even when payments were caught up. They sell junk and talk a good story.Desired Settlement: 1200

I have proof of this payment...as I said to many lies no truth in this business. I will send in debit card pament and copy of check that was cashed. And they sold my loan to another company without informing me which I also made payments to.
