I am rejecting this response because:1) I already tried this approach with the firm multiple times and candidly do not trust them to provide the products (even if the *** shipping tracking numbers shows that it was supposedly shipped).2) I have already had the credit card company cancel this transaction, so *** now needs to reimburse the credit card company for this issue.3) I have also requested for the *** to delete my information from its databases, which has not been honored.I should not have had to escalate this to the Revdex.com to get this responsedA lessons learned in customer service
