I am rejecting this response because:I filed a complaint on 8/30/2015 against FilterOutlets.com, owned by Vijay Holdings, LLC. Where I purchased water filters on 722/2015 for $41.86 which I never received. The complaint was to be resolved...

where I was to receive a refund for $41.86.I have not yet received the refund as promised by Vijay Holdings, LLC. I want to know why I have not received the refund yet since its been 4 weeks since they agreed to give me my money back.
