Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:I still wanted the item in question and the business is now stating I must pay for additional shipping to re-purchase an item I already purchased and for which I already paid shippingI do not see the point in refunding a customer an item then telling said customer to buy the same item a 2nd time as well as pay for additional shippingWhy not just replace the broken item the first time? All of our items have a warranty and we ask that all of our customers contact us immediately with any issue they experience with any item they purchased directly from our siteWe did not receive any information from the customer until after they had the item rebuiltWe are reaching out to the customer to come up with alternate resolution

Skate America is one of websites we runOur business name is ANSXtreme Performance Inc When placing an order on any of our sites, ANSXtreme will show as the parent company and the contact on your bank statementThe item ordered was unfortunately out of stock as our inventory had not yet updated the front end of our websiteWe do try and keep our inventory as accurate as possible but occasionally this can happen and is unfortunateAll orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placedWe spoke to Eleanor this morning and explained this information to her as well as issued a full refund back to her

The mask that the customer originally ordered unfortunately was out of stockWe contacted the customer to let them know and to see if they would like to switch the colorThe customer called back late in the day when our last truck was departingWe shipped the item first thing the next day and the package arrived to the customer on Saturday the 11th, days later per the shipping methodThe customer requested that we overnight the package and that we cover it, however we were not able to do thatOnce a customer begins to use profanity towards us, were are in our rights to end the phone call

Complaint: I am rejecting this response because:The pants were a $difference, not $40, and the company charged me $more for a jersey when I only OK'd a $price increaseThe company also added additional jerseys to my order then charged me $for a reason which no one can tell meThe company had me pay for shipping to return an item that was delivered brokenWhen I received my replacement item it too was brokenWhen I inquired about a 2nd broken item Shannon Preplied "If you want a new one, you will have to place a brand new orderWe will not cover shipping costs." This seems hardly fair to me as I am not the company packing the item, I already paid for shipping TWICE, and if the company is sure they can ship me a new item without incident, then why can't they send me the item I ordered without incident Regards, D [redacted]

We apologize for any delayThere are no fee's attached to the return and we are reaching out to the customer to refund the shipping cost they incurred

We are more than happy to accept the item back and have already issued return information to the customerWe will be able to re-assemble the marker for the customer and ship it back for freeThe fact that the customer took the marker apart and is now missing items, does mean we will need to
replace the missing items for the customerThat being said, an additional charge for the items will need to be accounted forWe will be reaching out to the customer again to get this resolved

Attached are two photo's taken from the order showing the amounts we charged/refunded and shipping information showing tracking numbersOn the original order the customers ViewLoader Marker Care Kit was empty so we replaced it on the 31st as shown in the picture attachedSince the replacement item arrived empty as well, we issued a refund for the itemAlso on the order, there was an issue with the pants he orderedWe upgraded him to a pair of pants that were $more and waived the additional costAll refunds and charges are correct as shown on the attachmentAt this time we do not see a reason to continue with this complaint

We have refunded the customer in full for the amount he paid for the item in questionWe sent a replacement item as the one he received orginally arrived broken and when he received the replacement item, it too arrived brokenFor this, we issued a refund for the item for the inconvenience

Lubing the bolt and checking orings are a common aspect in this sport and possibly an easy fix to the leak the customer was experiencingIt does not qualify for "taking the gun apart" and we are happy to assist with getting this issue resolvedWe have sent a shipping label to the customer to
receive the item back so our tech department can inspect itWe have also reached out to the manufacturer DLX, who upholds the warranty for that gun, and they have reached out to the customer as well to help resolve the issueBefore we can offer any sort of refund, a full inspection of the item must be completedWe are assisting the customer in getting this resolved as soon as possible

We are awaiting the guns arrival to resolve this issue for the customer as soon as possibleWe have yet to receive the gun and are attempting to contact the customer for tracking information to track the item

We have since resolved this issue and sent the customer the missing productWe also replaced an additional item that the customer was experiencing issues with and covered all shipping charges

We shipped the package to the international address using the USPS First-Class International service the customer chose when placing the orderIt is the cheapest shipping method and is still in transitAttached to this response is a screen shot of the USPS tracking information showing that the
package is still in transitUSPS does not have any guarantee's and if the package gets returned, we will reach out to the customer right awayWe apologize for the late response as we were hoping the package would have arrived by now but at this time, the package is still on its way to the customerIt is not uncommon for packages to get held up at customs and is always a good idea for the customer to contact their country's customs department to see if this is the case

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: the product was purchased as a new item and I am not willing to pay anymore money out of pocket When the item broke the pieces all flew out since there is a spring reaction affect in the part that came off I did not take ,as you state, any of the pieces out, When I paid $dollars for this product I was paying for a new and workable product Im not looking for a company , whom I have no faith in, to repair an item I am looking for what I paid for a new product
