We take full responsibility and apologize for the errors made and have since refunded the customer for the incorrect items in full as well as issued store credit and covered shipping expenses for the customer. Any items the customer received incorrectly does not need to be sent back.

 Yes the company reached out to me to fix the issue but at my expense. T[redacted], the representative from the said company, said "Help us help you by paying to have it sent back to us" when I asked him how much that will cost me he said about 15 dollors. I thought okay he called me he is trying I can do that, well the cost was 52.00 dollars. I was told that for a company the rates are different then for me as a consumer. I went ahead and sent and then contacted the company in hopes to getting at least part of that cost returned to me. Well no such luck T[redacted] was very apologetic but there was no way they would be able to reimburst me for my added expense. He went on to say what a great product I got for such a great price. I was to upset to ask would that great price be the 275 I originally paid or the 275.00 plus the 52.00 added expense. Every other store I ever dealt with through mail delivery has included a paid return l[redacted]l with my purchase. Well let me know Revdex.com if the expense should go to the consumer or seller for shipping g fee. Instead of selling paintball gums they should sell air guns, hot air that is, because that's all the company rep G[redacted] me was a lot I of BS.

I am rejecting this response because:The paintballs were covered in the tiniest bubble wrap possible. Almost all of the bubbles are popped. It is the responsibility of the seller to insure a product makes it to a buyer as depicted when the item was purchased. They are not delivering on their contract, as a seller, to supply the customer with what was agreed upon when the item was purchased. They are blaming the shipper for their poor packaging. I should not have to wait for then to figure out what then problem is. I didn't purchase around a 1000 paintballs; I purchased 1000. I did not receive 1000 paintballs. Therefore they are in breach of the contract stated earlier. Complaint: 12571465

The mask that the customer originally ordered unfortunately was out of stock. We contacted the customer to let them know and to see if they would like to switch the color. The customer called back late in the day when our last truck was departing. We shipped the item first thing the next day and the...

package arrived to the customer on Saturday the 11th, 3 days later per the shipping method. The customer requested that we overnight the package and that we cover it, however we were not able to do that. Once a customer begins to use profanity towards us, were are in our rights to end the phone call.

We apologize for any delay. There are no fee's attached to the return and we are reaching out to the customer to refund the shipping cost they incurred.

Hello,  The customer placed an order for paint balls using an uninsured shipping method called FedEx smart post. As we quality check our paint before it leaves our facility packing it in bubble wrap the damage must have been done in transit. Since we found out a claim has been initiated for the...

paint. As soon as it has been settled and we have been refunded for the paint we will either refund or replace the product. We can not do that as of now since the claim is not for an insured shipping method based on the way the customer chose to ship the order.

updated the front end of our website. We do try and keep our inventory as accurate as possible but occasionally this can happen and is unfortunate. All orders must be paid in full at the time the order is placed. We spoke to Eleanor this morning and explained this information to her as well as issued a full refund back to her.

Hello,  When products are ordered in an uninsured method, we do not normally cover any damages to the product imposed during transit. When items are damaged under the care of the courier we normally make a claim for the customer and facilitate the replacement or refund when approved. In this case we will refund the paint for you as a courtesy. In the future please apply shipping insurance or choose a more secure method of shipping such as FedEx Home Delivery.  Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I still wanted the item in question and the business is now stating I must pay for additional shipping to re-purchase an item I already purchased and for which I already paid shipping. I do not see the point in refunding a customer an item then telling said customer to buy the same item a 2nd time as well as pay for additional shipping. Why not just replace the broken item the first time? This company has also charged me erroneously, told me I made statements which I did not, and made my shopping experience miserable. Please see the attached timeline, and conversation between the business and me.

I am rejecting this response because:The pants were a $10 difference, not $40, and the company charged me $20 more for a jersey when I only OK'd a $10 price increase. The company also added 3 additional jerseys to my order then charged me $59.90 for a reason which no one can tell me. The company had me pay for shipping to return an item that was delivered broken. When I received my replacement item it too was broken. When I inquired about a 2nd broken item Shannon P. replied "If you want a new one, you will have to place a brand new order. We will not cover shipping costs." This seems hardly fair to me as I am not the company packing the item, I already paid for shipping TWICE, and if the company is sure they can ship me a new item without incident, then why can't they send me the item I ordered without incident.
