issues or concerns, he should have never at all signed a single document or agreed to it. But, not only he signed one document, he singed many after being explained by our finance manager everything in detail and understanding himself everything regarding this purchaseThe fact is that Mr.Bhatt came the first day and came again the next shows enough that he loved the vehicle, the price and our service provided to him by our very well experienced and knowledgeable sales staffWe thank you in advance your time and effort in this matterThank you,Management

First of all, I do not or have never waited or worked at a coffee shopI do understand how your business model worksSell cars for prices higher than you pay for themBut again, you are neglecting to answer the main part of my claim: did you or did you not charge me $for a vin etching service that costs much much less than $1000? Your manager led me to believe that this vin etching service costs $and I will be able to recoup the costs back through insuranceNow I know it does not, and hence, I am filing a complaintMy problem, is again, not that I was forced to buy the car by your managementMy complaint revolves around the fact that I was misled into purchasing a $service that in reality costs much lessThis is the second email you have sent me but you conveniently do not mention the vin etching paymentAnd to repeat myself some more because you seem have to missed all the crucial points of my previous email, there are other people with the exact same complaint on the internetPlease answer this vin-etching claimTo be perfectly clear for the third time: I am not disputing being forced to buy a car from your storeI am disputing being sold a service that actually is worth $for $1000, and being lied to and told that what I am paying will be recovered by insurance over timeStrong-arm negotiation tactics by the manager there is further evidence of bad faithAnd failing to mention the $vin etching charge in your second email seems fairly suspicious to mePlease do try and address the crux of my argument: VIN ETCHING!

*** *** by the wayI had to wait two hours to see the financial managerAnd on top of that he never gave me a chance to look over the contractIt was a five minute talk over out the doorI signed two different contracts with different price numbersI didn't get a copy of my contract till a month later with different prices on themI still didn't get a refund for a warrenty that I never asked forAnd its been almost three weeksAnd I'm allowed to get a refundAnd I even called the warranty place and they said the dealership have to cancel it Still never got itI never signed papers for them to approve to look over my credit if it was hard to get approve how could I still get approve? Because they lied about my APR to get extra cashThese people are fraud and liars.

Your listed price is deceptive to consumers because the regular price is nowhere to be found in the advertising so this leads me the consumer and other consumers after me to believe that you're listed price is your firm market price but in reality like you mention it's not, this is deceptive I will be satisfied when your special price is listed side by side with your firm market price.

They advertised the car for 15.500, made a deal of 14,000 but in addition when you are purchasing the car they add the $3000 for the certification, ending paying $17,000 for the car. The car should be cerified by the dealer and nothing to be add to the ticket price.This  is a false advertising....

They are lying to people . Their financial office it's another scam. They add all kind of charges, extended warranty, Etfy charges and credit processing charges totaling $ 4600 without asking you and they add taxes to all of these. I was scammed and realized the next day, went there and try to get all these extra money back and the only thing the refunded was the extended warranty . The rest of it I am turning to you for help. I put down payment $5000 but nothing went towards the car payment because of these other fees  plus taxes were what this $5000 cover for. This place needs to be checked out and fined for lying to people and trying to get their money in a sneaky way.
