Matt is a liar . This company moved me from midland Texas to Glen Rose Texas . Price included taking pool table apart and crating it (which they did) and putting it back together and re felting it (which they did NOT) . It's been 3 weeks and Matt will not return my calls . Do NOT use this company !

We are sorry for this lengthy delay.  The repair person that was referred to your home usually bills us directly.  We were not aware that you had paid him for his services.  We will issue a reimbursement check to you for $175.00.  It should arrive no later than this weekend....

A check for your damaged items was mailed to you over a month ago at the address you provided.  Unfortunately, this was not the correct address.  The check has been returned to us by the postal service and has now been mailed out to the correct address. You should be receiving it within...

This is concerning the complaint by [redacted].  I have never received a claim form or any pictures from Ms. [redacted].  I have talked to Ms. [redacted] several times and we have discussed that she at first mailed the claim form to the wrong address.  I have yet to receive any...

claim form or pictures.    If Ms. [redacted] will send the claim form and pictures to me and also copy the Revdex.com with the email I will handle the claim fairly as if it were submitted in a timely fashion last Spring.   She can submit the information to [redacted]@gmail.com or info@[redacted]

This complaint has been resolved with Ms. [redacted]  We agreed to refund her $99.00 and we agreed not to pursue collecting a balance from her.  She agreed to remove her complaint against us.  The payment to Ms. [redacted] was issued on 11/03/2014 by check # [redacted].  The check has...

Let me start off by saying... If I could give Keep Austin Moving a negative one I would. These people are the worst. And I wish I would have did my research before we agreed to go with them. Due to the recent reviews, people are telling the TRUTH!

I just had my service 7/29/16 I'll try to make it short. 1, I couldn't get a groupon because the dates where blacked out. Which with it would of still came out to be the same maybe a few bucks less, According to Matt.

We were scheduled for around lunch time between 12-1ish. 3:30pm comes around I get a call from Matt that the movers are behind on a job. And will be here soon. 5:30pm rolls around and I get another call from MATT saying they are still moving the same client and that he even had to add more guys to do the job.

5 mins later... One of the movers call and say there's a flat so they're working on that! Another hour rolls buy ( mind you we are all packed up and ready to be moved) technically if we had someone to do the job right it would have only taken them about a hour and a half to move us. It was mostly just boxes. 2 tvs, 2 dressers and a mattress set. And a tv stand.

By this time my mom is PISSED! because it's going on 8PM! And she has to work at 12 MIDNIGHT! So now! We get another call from MATT saying they're not going to be able to make it in time before the storage close at 9pm so since we have no other choice but to continue with them, we ask if they can come at 6am in the morning.

So as if he's doing us a favor... He says we can load the stuff tonight, and unload in the morning. So we agreed they didn't show until almost 10pm! Mind you when they got there, I had a secret timer going and it took them all of 47 minutes and 24 seconds to get everything loaded.
( mind you the storage facility that we where using was 5 mins away from our apartment) you do the math.

The next morning I get a call about 7 ish stating that they where unloading our stuff and loading it on another truck. So finally I get another call at 8:30 saying they will be on there way in 15-20 mins. Which they didn't get there till 9:30 or so. And by this Time we just wanted our stuff and for them to just be GONE! Which we gave specific instructions on how we wanted it loaded and unloaded. They didn't seem to care.

We still had to pay $228! no discount for the inconvenience. Nothin'! they act like they was doing us a favor.

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.

NOT WORTH THE TIME OR MONEY.

A BIG MISTAKE

I expected to hear from you by the end of last week, as stated in your email below. Please tell me your plans of settling my claim.
I have sent pictures of damaged furniture to your cell phone (###-###-####) and to the info@[redacted].com as well as to your ex-employee [redacted]o's cell phone (###-###-####).
I am resending the photos and letter (attached) which was mailed to your office, dated March 25, 2014.  
Please make me an offer/settlement for my damaged furniture.
